Baker Blinker Blog Book III: Jeogeot I 02b (June/July 2009 02 of 02)

Zen City (Beyond the Korean Channel)

For this visit to the Korean Channel, Karoz finally decides to officially investigate the largest islands of the sea, both Linden owned and created at the same time as the channel itself. Starting from Kyat Lun (careful, Karoz, that’s one of those forewarned “K” sims Hucka D. was talking about!), he dives underwater and heads east into Ichelus, soon to encounter the lower end of the larger of the 2 islands. So large, in fact, that it spans 3 sims south to north, or, in order, Ichelus, Zebrasil, and with a tiny bit of the northern tip of the island in Shamon.

As I’m now reminded, the part of the island in Zebrasil is the site of a Linden infohub, such as the one in Hanja very near my Noru home. Actually in checking, Hanja is one of four conjoined infohubs in the 4 sim area near Noru, all what are called first generation infohubs. Zebrasil, in contrast, is called a second generation infohub on the Second Life wiki page on the subject.

A quite large and active volcano dominates the southern part or Ichelus half of the island, which Karoz almost totally remains within this particular night of exploring.

Snapshot1090_004smaller

Diving board? No, Karoz stays clear of that. He doesn’t even want to step into the lava pouring off the side of the mountain and instead moves around the back (east) of the mountain to proceed upward through the island to quickly reach…

Snapshot1090_007smaller

… this collection of (4) small “tiki huts”, some palm trees and rocks, and not much more.

Snapshot1090_008smaller

A flower trellis fills a gap in the mountain range of the island, allowing Karoz easy passage to its east side and away from the tiki hut collection. It’s dominated by what appears to be an atoll which Karoz is walking on the far edge of below. More rocks and palms to be seen there… he didn’t find it incredibly exciting to be honest with the reader.

Snapshot1090_015smaller

Karoz did a lot of further exploring that night, but as you can tell from the above photos, he mistakenly left the “show interface in snapshot” option checked, essentially ruining the whole batch. I went ahead and posted the ones dealing directly with the volcano island in the middle of the Korean Channel because I felt those were the most important of the group. And then I decided to insert one more “spoiled” snapshot, showing Karoz’s discovery of what might turn out to be a quite important find on the west coast of the continent — yes, Karoz managed to actually cross the Korean Channel tonight to explore Jeogeot’s western areas. The find here would be what Hucka D. is now calling Nowtown, with a companion cluster of buildings called Zen City not far away to the north. I’ll deal with this subject more in a set of posts coming up.

Chatting

“Hi Hucka D. Sorry about Baker Bloch messing up his recent batch of SL snapshots.”

Hucka D.:

You have found the place Plant grew up. He was a bastard of a child. Destroyed half that fine village with his own raging hands. A raging Bull he was.

bb:

It’s a quite fascinating if small place. Is it the true Crabwoo?

Hucka D.:

One of the two of you need to live there. Obviously, though, the Chro gallery will have to go. A decision must be made to live in Zen City itself or just outside. Scout around the area — send Mr. Bloch back, perhaps tonight. You need to know why that deer was there.

bb:

Is the, um, house he grew up in still there?

Hucka D.:

Destroyed. That went first. By his hands.

bb:

We’re not talking about the Led Zeppelin singer, though.

Hucka D.:

Yes in a way. It’s a split off fragment personality. Specifically crafted so that he could retrieve the tube. That’s his whole aim. Zen. Now and. You get the picture [at 11].

bb:

Is the tube the same as the tall cool one, then?

Hucka D.:

Precisely — take a look around the area better. That’s an order (smiles).

bb:

What’s the deal-i-o with the temple of water and fire? Unusual.

Hucka D.:

That’s his religion. Not Plant’s but the other one. Zen. Not Now but Zen.

*****

bb:

What’s really going on here?

Hucka D.:

Go inworld and redo your pictures, baker b. See ya!

Chattering…

“Hucka D.? Hello.”

Hucka D.:

Hi.

bb:

Can we speak of what we’re *now* calling Nowtown tonight?

Hucka D.:

As you wish.

bb:

I think, well, you spoke of Plant being raised there and then moving elsewhere. Plant is somewhat the same as Robert Plant of Led Zeppelin fame.

Hucka D.:

There is that aspect. But as you are tuning into *now*, through Nowtown, something else is involved. An old friend.

bb:

Soybean Dean?

Hucka D.:

Right. A plant, a vegetable.

bb:

In briefly preparing for tonight’s, chatting… chattering… I looked back especially on this post from mid-month and think it holds a lot of the answers, some more fully developed than others, mind you, but the answers are there, if sometimes only in seed or sprout form. Like The Arab and Gene Fade and the Zeppelin Tube there at Gel or perhaps the Blue Feather Sea.

Hucka D.:

The Arab was in Gelsomina. Foreign One. Power. Ultimate. Unreal. Unreality.

bb:

A virus is involved. Can I say that?

Hucka D.:

Careful. Plant be careful.

bb:

It is, was, a traveler of both time and space. Revealed through increased magnification.

Hucka D.:

Revealed. All will be.

bb:

And there’s no denying that it was flying.

Hucka D.:

No denying. No.

bb:

And it turns from green to brown at brown. At Brown. [it was revealed it was alive]

Hucka D.:

Meteor. Tiny. Magnification needed. More, then, in the switch from 1 of 2 to 2 of 2. Midpoint. Center. Not a flip but a replacement. New record. 2 of 2.

bb:

Eyes fill with sand. We’ll take a caffeine break soon. Hard to believe you see the brown.

Hucka D.:

But the virus had to go on. It had to show up, be revealed. More. More magnification. And the truth was revealed as well. Overload. Share the load. Overload. 61. 601. 61.

bb:

The computer was overloaded. It couldn’t handle the data coming in.

Hucka D.:

We talk very abstract tonight. Like vegetables. Plants. 2 in 1. Foreign One. Abstract. Tube. Zeppelin. Useless. Useful. Unreality. Reality.

bb:

But, moving up in time, we’re not finished with that record. Theres 1 and 4 to deal with, as we’ve already dealt with 2 and 3.

Hucka D.:

Four and one. Foreign one.

bb:

What about this debate between various people about the best band ever? Is it The Beatles, as most people say, or is it really Led Zeppelin?

Hucka D.:

That’s what *he’s* pissed about.

bb:

He wants to prove the majority wrong?

Hucka D.:

He wants to prove it through the tube, yeah.

bb:

The tube is just his throat, his voice?

Hucka D.:

*No.* More than that. It is the 4th dimension. 4th level. 4th. 4.

bb:

The tube is the key, though.

Hucka D.:

Yeah. Think so.

bb:

Did he have the tube already in Nowtown, when a youth?

Hucka D.:

Yes.

bb:

Did he move to Strenberg?

Hucka D.:

He did move from Nowtown.

bb:

But you can’t tell me where yet?

Hucka D.:

I can tell you some. He stayed on Jeogeot.

bb:

Is this Plant the direct counterpart to Karoz, on the western side of the continent? I mean, is that why Baker Bloch has taken up the search, replacing Karoz it seems?

Hucka D.:

Baker Bloch had to take up the search, yes.

bb:

What about the Psycho house?

Hucka D.:

That’s what Karoz would have entered if he would have continued the search himself. Crazy. Over the rainbow.

bb:

Can we talk to Plant through this blog?

Hucka D.:

We can try.

Plant.:

I am Plant.

bb:

Hi. Are you the same as Soybean Dean?

Plant:

I am from Nowtown, but I did not stay. I had the tube even there. I was raging at times but not as much as Hucka Doobie is saying. He is seeing alternate paths, most not taken. Soybean Dean is a soothing alternate. He steers me away from certain more destructive paths and onto more lighted ones. Dark and light, but not opposite. Dark like a shadow, with no power on its own. There is no true evil. Not really. Not at all really. That’s what I learned from Soybean Dean in Nowtown. Next step, I went to a place like Sternberg, true, but didn’t stay. I started the music circuit. I met Page. I had the tube even then. It was at that point that original Chilbo was destroyed by the atomic blast that also killed your Karoz, my Karoz. For I am Karoz also.

bb:

Is you mentor still Sherwood? Do you know what I’m talking about?

Plant:

As I said, I was steered by Soybean Dean, but am not exactly the same as him. We are directly related, true. But this Sherwood — yes I can see who that is now. Page.

bb:

Do you know what Hand and Drink have in common?

Plant.:

Yes. Page.

bb:

Do you know the specific word I am looking for?

Plant:

You are looking for the secrets of Page. Zen.

bb:

Can you tell me more about that? Does it have to do with Zen City?

Plant:

Time and space.

bb:

Can we speak with Page?

Hucka D.:

Thank you Plant. He was quite helpful I think. Page was not available. Overload. You must look at overload and sharing the load concepts. Plant shared the load with, well, with the [computer?].

Plant Yourself, 01

“Hucka D., is Plant simply one of those plants near the mouth of the only stream in Nowtown? Or the plants collective there?”

Hucka D.:

He identified with such, yeah.

bb:

Is the limit of…

Hucka D.:

You’re going to ask if Jeogeot is like Oz. Yes.

bb:

Karoz casts a circular shadow over it, a Dark Side? That’s why he’s limited to his center, like attached to a tether.

Hucka D.:

He is limited to a 1:1 correspondence between Kansas, KA, and Oz, OZ. Karoz.

bb:

But Baker Bloch isn’t, apparently.

Hucka D.:

Karoz is SID. The Missing Piece.

bb:

It’s really opening up now, though, Hucka D. There are a number of Crabwoo-like communities in the western part of Jeogeot, beyond Karoz’s circular limit or shadow.

Hucka D.:

Probability spread.

bb:

Alright.

Plant:

I was hoping for some tea tonight.

bb:

Hi Plant. We were talking about you earlier.

Plant:

I heard. Nice photographs. Have you rented the Sternberg shop yet? I know you haven’t. You must give up Something To CHRO About. I’m here to tell you that baker breton. Follow me into Sternberg instead.

Hucka D.:

I believe that’s it.

bb:

Thank you.

Plant Yourself, 02

Hucka D.:

Nice tea. You should go to “Beyond Rubidoo” today, baker b., and take some more pictures. Real ones this time.

bb:

Thanks for that.

Plant:

Zeno City. That’s what you’re looking for. Don’t worry about the real world (laughs; clinks tea cup with baker b.’s).

bb:

Thanks for *that*.

Hucka D.:

Plant’s one crazy…

(interruption by avatar walking in store and then quickly leaving)

bb:

Where is this place, Hucka D? I’m Baker Bloch now.

Plant:

Look at me! Rad. I look like a Simpsons’ character.

Hucka D.:

And I’m just a simple bee. We are, lemme check, well baker b. has the map. We’re in the map now.

Baker Bloch:

I think this may be Sternberg.

Plant:

Not leaving yet. (raises tea to lips again)

(Hucka D. gets up from the table and goes in a back room. Comes out with a Fresno Beer and sits down again, clinks beer with both Baker Bloch’s and Plant’s tea cups.)

Hucka D.:

Here’s to being dazed and confused again. Should we walk around? (both nod heads)

(They head out top of store onto pretty cobblestone lane, like something you’d see in a small Swiss village.)

Plant:

I believe this *is* Sternberg. (points to mountain about 100 meters away). Can you see it? The cross.

Baker Bloch (walking beside him):

I see it, I think. That where we’re heading?

Plant:

Why not.

Hucka D.:

There’s a table beneath as well. Why don’t you go inworld baker b. and take some pictures. We won’t be there, of course. Baker b.?

(baker b. doesn’t answer.)

Baker Bloch:

I’m not sure if baker b. can answer you if I’m inworld. He is me.

Hucka D.:

No, that’s not true. There’s a table we can sit at. I wonder if this mountain has a cave.

Plant (moving to the table and sitting down with the rest):

This is nice. (looking around) Is Page, by chance, going to meet us here? Isn’t this what it’s all about? An audition? Rather nervous, you see.

Hucka D.:

Oh… so that’s what this is.

Baker Bloch:

How old are you Plant?

Plant:

18. Was yesterday anyway. Will be tomorrow as well.

Hucka D.:

Sternberg’s where it happened. (looking up at sky; hearing thunder). Here’s Page.

Loose Thoughts, Then Plant Yourself, 03?

Might as well resign myself to creating Blue Feather Gallery on Maebaleia continent and start planning. I’ll have the 13 prim, 50 meter capital “E”, as well as the *1* prim Blue Feather Sea based, perhaps, *holodeck*. I think this has to be, and at a particular location in Crabwoo. Zen City/Nowtown will be attached, but I don’t have to live there. Sternberg is another option, but it’s quite laggy, and I don’t have the proximity to DazedAnd Confused that is an attraction to living in Crabwoo. “E” will represent Korean Channel as a whole, but now in 2 parts, one within Karoz’s Dark Side territory (southeast end) and one outside, and that only Baker Bloch can perhaps explore (northeast end). On the E itself, these would be the front and the back of the letter. Explore idea that Xilted represents the “t” that leads to capital T, much like Eschwa small “e” leads to this big “E” itself. Little “e” is found in letter “I”.
Design holodeck myself. Maybe just buy the one I had my eye on and see what I can do with it. It will be “6 sides” of Blue Feather sea on outside, and probably “Blue Earth” on inside. Technically, symbolically, it probably represents GoogleEarth inside SL… a portal between the two.
What kind of art, though, to put in the Blue Feather Gallery? Collages, or pictures from blog, I suppose. “E” will be transplanted to my Noru galleries after a spell in Crabwoo. Can put crop circle pictures inside, like I have some of in the House of Truth. But think I’ll put story of link between Crabwoo itself and Chilbo(l).
Maybe set this up in the “Something to Chro About” gallery instead??? I already have a rental gallery space… why get another one?

*****

Just went inworld as Baker Bloch and was encouraged in finding a gallery visitor this time of night at Something to Chro About. See it as a sign. Revamp giant “E”, plan it out at Noru, and then insert it at Chro… perhaps even rent upstairs space again (??) Also want to set up a Charles Nelson Blinkerton Memorial Gallery as former Gallery #5 in Noru. Where to lean giant “E” in Noru? Against the ESG? Against Gallery #4? (create a bridge between the two? Delete the second, newer Victorian House in Noru to make room for it?

******

“Let’s bring in Hucka D. and whomever for a quick chat. Hucka D.?”

Hucka D.:

The Blue Feather Gallery set up is a good idea. Should you stay at Chro?

bb:

I was hoping you might tell me.

Hucka D.:

A sign was sent. What about renting the upstairs again?

bb:

I could put the Cub Run Beehive way up in the sky… or, hey, the giant E (!).

Hucka D.:

Yes, exactly. 400 meters up, linked with a teleporter. Why don’t you? But you’d have to own both spaces again if you do. Put, um, running water in the giant “E”. Create a link from the side with the Xilted sim to Xilted itself. Green, so green (at the bottom).

bb:

Maybe put the collage with the TILE watefall in the Chro gallery. Or *all* 09 collages.

Plant:

Look at his little brain spinning around again.

bb:

Hi Plant. How’s tricks?

Plant:

You not going to include the poster with me and Page in your blog?

bb:

I don’t know… it’s kind of perverted. Do you…

Plant:

It was the drugs. Made, well, made it stand up. I did that on purpose. Page thought it was hilarious.

bb:

He didn’t show up yesterday. Just the clap of thunder, and then… what happened next?

Plant:

It was the tube. Realities all shifted around again. I wasn’t 18 but 59 again. Page doesn’t want to be involved with all this but I do and I have 1/2 the vote, which is really all the vote, since what one of us chooses the other has to go along with. That was the beauty of Led Zeppelin, you see. We fired on all cylinders.

bb:

So I’ve heard. The music, I mean. IV is great… just listened to it the other night with new ears. Very powerful. A unique album. Your best, most likely.

Plant:

Most likely. So you like it better than Houses of the Holy now?

bb:

Well… hard to choose.

Plant:

So where are you going to Plant me, baker breton? Baker Beach?

bb:

What is the Foreign One?

Plant:

It is The Arab. Found 1/2 mile from the Current River. In Zoe. Zic Zac Zoe. You know.

bb:

The energy source is the tube.

Plant:

Yup. Why don’t you ask about Page more, and why… well, just ask.

bb:

Why…?

Plant:

He’s very choosey. He has to enter under the exact right circumstances. He had multiple guises he wanted to try out the other night and none felt totally right. So he decided not to enter. And it’s the same way with the Foreign One. He’s letting me handle it. I did a better job of escaping the Zeppelin blimp disaster. I went to a beautiful space.

bb:

The Mountain Lake?

36158-bigthumbnail

Plant:

Yes.

bb:

Right after your section comes SID again. Syd. Other Room. Do you know about that?

Plant:

Yes. You and Hucka D. better talk about your Blue Feather Gallery again. Let me know about the planting part. Till tomorrow!

Hucka D.:

Decent guy, isn’t he? Quite nice. A poser but quite nice. I shouldn’t have said that.

bb:

I think Plant said it first. So… where’s The Arab now, then? Then Foreign One? In the past or present or future?

Hucka D.:

Make your “E”.

bb:

Thank you.

3way chattering…

“Hucka D., we’re going to have to cut and paste from Microsoft Works tonight because of the *stupid* internet connection going down *once again*. Irritating.”

Hucka D.:

Calm, calm, baker b. Thank you for building your “E”.

Bb:

Plant was wrong. He said that I wouldn’t…

Hucka D.:

Plant was correct in that you didn’t build the “E” in the gallery. And that’s the most important thing. There are still things to learn in Yapland. Water is a key. For you and others.

Bb:

I have a capital B now. I don’t like it.

Hucka D.:

You wish to speak to Plant again?

Bb:

Sure.

Plant:

Hello baker b. Sorry about your internet connection tonight. Hucka D. and I can give you a lot of needed information from that source, though. Can’t we?

Hucka D.:

Are you speaking…? Then: yes.

Plant:

I knew you had to build that “E”. Didn’t know exactly where but I didn’t see the Chro gallery. And it wasn’t except for it was.

Hucka D.:

He’s wanting to know the usual question, Plant. “What next?”

Plant:

Page and all. I see. The tube. Gel. Jel.

Hucka D.:

Foreign One. Baker B., by the by, you should name your new town in Kelpland, well, you know…

Bb:

Einsky. Funny name.

Hucka D.:

E in sky, yeah. What do you think, Mr. Plant? Plant?

Plant:

Just Plant will do. Einsky is good.

Bb:

Somehow I’m picking up, again, that it’s not the name I’m going to choose, although it may be the name of a suburb. Eonground?

Plant:

Sternberg?

Hucka D.:

You could pronounce it like Yongrund.

Bb:

No, Plant, I don’t think Sternberg is it. I like Hucka D.’s suggestion, though. Yongrund… Eonground.

Hucka D.:

Could be just another suburb, though.

Bb:

We haven’t answered the “what next?” question. Just a reminder.

Plant:

Tube. You saw one tonight. Inkspot. Today, I mean. Ink. Ink.

Bb:

Einsky. (pause) What is the meaning of the Blue Feather Sea?

Hucka D.:

Plant?

Plant:

No… you.

Hucka D.:

The Blue Feather Sea is the Earth. Through the holodeck. Outside it is the SL sea, inside it is a RL world. It is also Mythos, which is also Earth but a certain, precise fraction thereof. That’s the advantage over SL. Mythos is part of Earth. SL isn’t in that same way. But SL has the advantage because of the presence of actual avatars. But you can pretend that Mythos avatars exist. Do they really, though?

Bb:

Not sure. Is The Arab really a sea ship or is it a space ship?

Hucka D.:

It can be both. I suppose. Plant?

Plant:

You handle.

Bb:

Can it, I don’t know, circle Mythos? The globe of Mythos?

Hucka D.:

Alone or coupled with something else.

Bb:

Like the Temple of TILE?

Hucka D.:

Rubi… Norman… Rubi…

Bb:

Should I move back to Rubi, Hucka D.?

Hucka D.:

What would Karoz do?

Bb:

He’s part of the family now.

Hucka D.:

He’s tethered to Noru, though. He can only travel within that circle that you call Dark Side on one of your “E” maps. Baker Bloch can travel beyond, to the west of Jeogeot, for example, but Karoz can’t. He is SID.

Bb:

If he was SID, then wouldn’t he be the whole continent, since that would be a whole Oz movie?

Hucka D.:

Syd, then, with a “y”. Yes, you are right. Like the Syd of Pink Floyd.

Bb:

Plant, did you know Syd with a y?

Plant:

Of course. Personally? Not really, though.

Bb:

He was kicked out of Pink Floyd in 1968. The same year that Zeppelin was formed.

Plant:

Dazed and confused.

Bb:

So is Karoz Syd, Hucka D.?

Hucka D.:

No. He is Baker Bloch’s best friend in virtual reality. Along with Baker Blinker.

Bb:

But there’s some kind of 1:1 relationship going on.

Hucka D.:

KA, Kansas, and OZ, Oz, yeah. KArOZ (spells it out, indicating which letters are capital and the one that is not).

Bb:

Karoz caused the direct relationship between Maebeleia and Jeogeot.

Hucka D.:

Yes. Chilbol… Crabwoo.

Bb:

Baker Bloch goes beyond this 1:1 relationship.

Hucka D.:

He can travel to the other side of the “E”, which is the Korean Channel. The “E” is a doorway between this limitation and freedom on the other side. Plant… Led Zeppelin.

Plant:

I’ve got to run and meet somebody.

Bb:

Thank you Plant. Just me and you Hucka D. (pause) Hucka?

Hucka D.:

He is a swell fellow. Has the tube. Think I mentioned that.

Bb:

I think I should stay in Noru, Hucka D. I’m not sure Karoz would play a major role outside that environment. That’s his native turf.

Hucka D.:

You had to venture outside to find…

Bb:

…. To find out what happened inside. Atomic explosion.

Hucka D.:

Yes.

(to be continued?)

We Better Chat, 20

“SL very laggy tonight, Hucka D. Couldn’t work on the gallery.”

Hucka D.:

You wish to talk about the Plant Plantation. It took up most of the Fyre Maven sim and then a bit beyond. The creek with the profusion of plants marks a southern border. The pastries sit where the old mansion use to sit, which looked more than a bit like the Psycho house. Bit like something out of… well, better not say that.

bb:

This is where Little Robert Plant grew up. But it’s not the Plant from this world but a variant. Robert Plant RV72/D.

Hucka D.:

Close enough.

bb:

Who raised him? Who were his parents?

Hucka D.:

He destroyed Zen City not once but thrice. Confined to that house indicated in your gallery twice because of this crime. He also destroyed the old homestead. But these are lies.

bb:

Did he destroy Zen City once?

Hucka D.:

Yes. But he had to.

bb:

Was it, um, destroyed by an atomic blast?

Hucka D.:

*Yes.* A small one. Very small. One that spared next door neighbor Nowtown.

bb:

So Plant had atomics.

Hucka D.:

Plant made atomics, yes.

bb:

Hmmmmm…. was the Zeppelin tube a bomb, then?

Hucka D.:

Er… no.

bb:

Energy source.

Hucka D.:

Yes.

bb:

Atomic?

Hucka D.:

*Yes.*

bb:

Used to power The Arab?

Hucka D.:

Eventually. Good, clean fuel.

bb:

Can we speak about the fire and water temple, then?

Hucka D.:

A firebird on top of that mountain there once was. Maven. Raven… maven. The temple was built to worship him… her. Cool the fire; that’s the only way the prophecies could be understood. Then you hear the voices. That’s the sermons which Little Robert Plant variant attended while a child. Water was worshipped above all else. Voices… water. Channel.

bb:

Is the maven a red herring?

Hucka D.:

I don’t know.

bb:

Good enough. So what happened to the fire maven?

Hucka D.:

He or she died, as all creatures must do. And no offspring, fortunately.

bb:

Was the maven a menace, then?

Hucka D.:

One blast from its mouth could wipe out a small city. Blast.

bb:

Is that why the brook that runs into the bay on the west side of Jeogeot in Fyre Maven sacred?

Hucka D.:

Is it? I suppose it could be.

bb:

The plants. Plant… plants. It was seen as safely carrying the firey voice of the maven.

Hucka D.:

I haven’t heard that.

bb:

Yes. The plants are a key as well. Perhaps the Plant family name comes from these plants.

Hucka D.:

Very possible. Future affects past.

bb:

What of Sternberg?

Hucka D.:

What of it?

bb:

Is that the place Page met Plant?

Hucka D.:

No. Not really. Plant kept the tube for himself at the time. Page chose not to interact with us. His choice. But this does not illegitimize the tube.

bb:

What will this Robert Plant do now that he has separated from the RL Plant at this place?

Hucka D.:

He will build The Arab. He will go to Mythos.

(to be continued?)

Home

Hucka D.:

Home seems to be a theme tonight for you, baker b. First at the Healy party and talking about home with that nice Russian lady, and mentioning you live in Noru. And then adding Healy. Kelly was there. Want to talk about that in relation to Healy? And other places?

bb:

Home came up, then, in HBA’s post, and then indirectly in Nish’s reply to my reply on her Big Orange Blog. She passed by my home on her Atoll hikes.

Hucka D.:

Is it your home? Remember you’re saying you live in Noru. And Healy. Do you really?

bb:

I *think* I do. I’m set up in Healy again (btb, the “Something to Chro about” gallery has reopened with the “E” exhibit. More on that asap.).

Hucka D.:

It seems like you build around your twinned galleries, the temple and then the Edwardston Station Gallery. You must think about another move.

bb:

I’m not sure I want to do that.

Hucka D.:

Healy is now helping you redirect.

bb:

We haven’t had to have conversations like this since I landed in Noru, Hucka D. Been pretty happy there, with the ongoing story and all. (Summarized now in “E”.)

Hucka D.:

Healy is healing… redirecting. Once again.

bb:

Well, if I did move back to you know where, then what would take place?

Hucka D.:

You would put the correct front back on the temple. It’s out of place where it is.

bb:

I think I need to stay longer on the outskirts of Chilbo.

Hucka D.:

You have another decision. Think of little Karoz. What would he do in Rubi?

bb:

I’ll give it 10 days more and then decide.

Hucka D.:

Remember that original post about the forest where I told you there was a spirit inside? Syd?

bb:

Yes.

Hucka D.:

Your assignment is to read over all those old posts starting with that one, and then making a decision. Next 2 weeks.

bb:

I think I’m going to stay where I am, Hucka D.

Hucka D.:

You mentioned ruby slippers tonight. Silver… Rubi… Norman.

bb:

Let me think this out. I have a number of galleries in Noru, but the temple and the Edwardston Station Gallery, as you said, are the 2 I always build around. They are fairly easily moved. I like the circular based gallery, but haven’t managed to put any permanent exhibit in it yet, either in Noru or in Hibdon. Same for the little Econo apt. based gallery. The “Where?” exhibit is in Noru, but really it can just exist on the web. Probably should long term. How would I rearrange?… obviously I’d keep my base and build around it. Want to put the “E” in the sky now. Kelly’s gallery can’t go below it, really. Or can it?

Hucka D.:

You’re not going to be able to make a decision tonight. Let’s talk about The Bill.

Plant:

I want to see Oblong 13.

bb:

Hi Plant. Yeah, I thought about that today. Mountain Lake and all.

Plant:

I want to be in charge of something. Maybe that’s it.

bb:

What would you do?

Plant:

I would examine the center. Center Centre. 200.

bb:

Whats?

(to be continued?)

*****

bb:

You are old, 59, but you want to be 18?

Plant:

I am 59 going on 18.

bb:

You were born from the tension between Chilbo or Chilbol and Crabwoo (or Crabwooton), Plant.

Plant:

Taijitu.

bb:

You are the waterfall in Wheeler 09.

Plant:

Certne.

Hucka D.:

You will go back to “Beyond Rubidoo” tomorrow, baker b. Take pictures. Plants.

bb:

What did I decide the name of the new “town” would be?

Hucka D.:

Einsky I believe.

bb:

No. Rubicam, maybe.

Plant:

Norman. Center.

bb:

Hucka D., there’s a box on Oblong 11 that I wonder has something to do with this piece removed from Ives’ album cover in Wheeler 09. Oblong box, with the 6 pieces of the word “Oblong” within, I assume.

Hucka D.:

Plant wishes to discuss Oblong with you, yes.

Plant:

Yes.

*****

Hucka D.:

Plant thinks that you, baker b., should put Oblong more front and center. Not start people at Greenup but at Oblong. Do that in Noru, anyway. You better log off.

bb:

Thank you both.

Changes, Updates…

Below is the poster Plant and I were talking about that I didn’t want to show in this blog. Changed my mind, just to remember what I’m talking about when I read this stuff years down the road for fun. 🙂

Snapshot1101_001smaller

The other day I teleported into the Chromex sim for specific reasons I may get to in a moment involving my SL friend Flynn. I was quite surprised to see these gearchair automatons on the small peninsular of a beach in the southeast part of the sim, which I immediately recognized from Chilbo, particularly the factory on the northwest of town that Karoz visited on his second or third trip to that village, I believe. His tour of the factory is recorded in this May post.

Snapshot1105_001smaller

I also decided to pop over to the recently opened adult continent known as Zindra. There are considerable expanses of forests, but all the ones I was able to check contain these 2 types of cypress trees first found in Nautilus City, I believe. And grass in places. Overall not too exciting a landscape, although I assume more trees may be added in the future. Some nice mtns. in areas, and I may change my mind on this, but for now I don’t see Baker Bloch spending a lot of time exploring muchof this continent. And Karoz is out of luck in that department since he has no pay information that Linden Labs can check to make sure he’s an adult. But he doesn’t seem upset about it (he’s still miffed about the same restrictions keeping him from exploring Nowtown, though — don’t think I’ve mentioned that in the blog yet).

Snapshot1106_001smaller

Then it’s over to the Noru galleris to check out a couple new additions, including a rotating version of the Blue Feather Sea cube that first appeared, in non-rotating form, in the Something to Chro About Gallery as part of the “E” exhibit (more on that just above). Although I did delete the small, empty gallery #5 on the property (a modified Arcadia Asylum slum econo apt building, pictured here), I decided to hold of any more major changes to Noru until after the “E” exhibit is over in mid-to-late August or so. At that time, I will probably move the giant E that now hangs in the sky above Healy to the Noru complex.

Snapshot1107_004smaller

“E” Exhibit, 01

As of July 3rd, the new “E” exhibit has been opened in the “Something to Chro About” Gallery in Healy, in what’s called Yapland after founder (and my present landlord) Kelly Yap, a marvelously inventive person. Please come see her water exhibit which I view my “E” exhibit next door as a kind of side show for, if you wish to venture out of her gallery and down what’s called the Art Walk to visit the rental gallery spaces, which I recommend (and not just for the sake of my own gallery!). Sometime soon, I’ll attempt to review all the galleries on this walk, some of which have been there for a considerable chunk of time. I’ve been on the Walk since February, and although a number of new galleries have moved in not many have left in the meantime.

Below you have a look down the center aisle of the new exhibit on the main floor of the gallery, toward the giant Blue Feather Sea cube that I briefly mentioned in the post just below. The ceiling of the gallery above the cube seems to be open to the sky, but actually this is just another picture within the gallery. The reason for this illusion will become apparent in a moment.

Snapshot1109_001smaller

Let’s first glance over at Kelly’s fabulous water themed exhibit, yet another incarnation of the multifacted Kelly Yap Gallery which reinvents itself every couple of months or so. I’ll have to encourage Kelly to get a web site about her gallery; at least she doesn’t have one listed in the Art Gallery Owner’s group database. Btw, there’s an amazing SL map you can pull up on this site that shows the location of all 600+ galleries in this database on the overall grid.

Snapshot1109_004smaller

Moving inside the gallery, we can now clearly see the “E” in the “sky”, which, again, is just a picture. A person entering the gallery may not get this at first, and that’s the idea, for there really *is* a giant “E” in the sky, just not low enough to open the ceiling up and take a look at it. Instead, the 50 meter “E”, which we’ll visit in coming posts in this series, is situated at 400 meters elevation, or, putting it another way, about 300 meters above the level of this main gallery floor. Much too far for the average avatar draw distance to take in, then (which is usually set between 96-128 meters; I actually have to often set mine at the minimum 64 meters to successfully navigate urban areas sometimes).

The teleporter that takes one up to this “E” in the sky is positioned at the end of a large, yellow-black two-dimensional “I” letter in the center of the floor here. On this “I”, in turn, are etched the lower case letters a,b,c, and d, in the order that they appear from the door. As the teleporter is situated just beyond teh “d” in this row, it is implied that it stands for “e”, I hope. And the description of the teleporter gives just that: simply “e.”

On either side of the I with these small letters and teleporter are positioned 6 pictures, 3 to each side. These show scenes directly or indirectly related to the Blue Feather Sea pictured on the cube between and in back of them. To learn more about each picture, and this applies to all pictures within the gallery and also the giant “E” in the sky, you simply move your mouse over top of them to manifest text within the title/description of each. The notecard available at the entrance to this level also provides the url for this blog, with the prompt to search on related keywords and categories within to learn more of what I speak about here.

Snapshot1109_006smaller

A view from the back of the gallery. I like the way the new blue color of the gallery (thanks again for the refurbishing Kelly!) nicely frames the giant Blue Feather Sea cube in this manner.

Snapshot1109_007smaller

Interesting juxtaposition of “E” representations, one on the Blue Feather Sea cube (marking the position where Karoz found the “E” last month in this sea) and then the one on the false sky opening. Worth a snapshot I felt, anyway.

Snapshot1109_008smaller

Kelly also has graciously linked the individual levels, through this see-through 17 prim blueish staircase in the snapshot below, of what were former two different gallery rental spaces, one on top of the other. I now only pay half the rent I did before, although I also only have half the amount of prims to play around with (100 instead of 200). When I present the whole tour, it should be easy to see that I did run over a bit, which I told Kelly in advance to expect, and that I’d pay extra for the additional prims beyond my new, lower limit. Which I did.

Snapshot1109_009smaller

Opening to the old, lower gallery space, now populated with a number of 09 collages from the 10×10. That is, the 9th collages of each tier. Pictured here to the left are, then, Wheeler 09 (9th collage of the Wheeler series, 9th overall tier of the 10 tier 10×10), and then Jasper 09 (9th collage of the 10th tier) next to the opening itself. Not seen here is Newton 09, which is on the narrower wall facing the door, snugly fit between two columns there.

Snapshot1109_010smaller

Another 09 collage was hung underneath the new stairs and accompanying rock border, this time from the Yale series. There are 10 total “09” collages in the 10×10, one for each of the 10 tiers. We have four on this level of the new exhibit, and the remaining 6 are found in the giant “E” in the sky. To those who care, find these remaining 6 and you can copy them for free! (just as a reward for poking around a bit here)

Snapshot1109_011smaller

View of the remaining pictures on this lower level of the Chro gallery. Again I’ll let the descriptions tell the story. Moving on now to the sky!

“E” Exhibit, 02

“E” Exhibit, 02

Baker Bloch activates the teleporter and heads on up to Big E, 400 meters high.
Snapshot1109_014smaller

Big E, as already described a bit from this early June post. As determined by Karoz at the time of the find in the Blue Feather Sea outlined in this post, all but 1 of the 30 sims of the Korean Channel are depicted on the 29 separate square surfaces of this E, with the completely water sim Ustermann being the lone omission.

Snapshot1109_016smaller

Big E as seen from the north, with the sims from the lower part of the Korean Channel adorning the individual square surfaces on this side, 1 per square again. These would be the sims Karoz is most familiar with, starting with Xilted at the right hand bottom, closest to his Noru home. A broad strip of land extends from Xilted northward through Glasso, which Karoz has run a number of times now in its entirety.

Snapshot1109_018smaller

On the south side of the Big E, then, are Channel sims from its upper part, which include another long strip of land but on the west side of the Channel this time, and considerably more narrow than the one on the lower, east side of the Channel from the snapshot above.

Snapshot1109_019smaller

Looking up from the south side of the E again, starting with Xilted just in front of Baker Bloch here.

Snapshot1109_021smaller

Then the same with the north side.

Snapshot1109_023smaller

Baker spies some kind of face staring back at him from the doorway into the Big E. Ah yes, he remembers now. That’s one of the 2 Chilbolton crop circles from 2001, the ones his user baker b. think are intimately connected with Chilbo from the southern continent.

Snapshot1109_024smaller

Baker Bloch moves inside the E, then. All of these pictures were originally found, for several weeks, in Noru’s House of Truth mini-gallery, but have since been deleted there to avoid duplication with the Chro gallery material. Again, I’ll let the descriptions of the pictures tell their tale in person to curious visitors.

Snapshot1109_025smaller

2nd floor of E, again a 20 x 10 meter room as is the first.

Snapshot1109_027smaller

Baker Bloch daydreams, once again, about the mysteries of Chilbo/Chilbol/Chilbolton while staring at one of its names on a map from this floor.

Snapshot1109_028smaller

“E” Exhibit, 03

“E” Exhibit, 03

Moving up to floor 3 of Big E, we now run into more pictures from the Korean Channel, like this nice dawn shot from the quite green, rolling hills of Xilted again.

Snapshot1109_030smaller

And then of Karoz in Kenfield on floor 4, beside the keyhole shaped bay, its most prominent feature.

Snapshot1109_034smaller

Then on the next floor up (5th, overall) Karoz curiously yields to Baker Bloch in further Jeogeot related pictures, which is explained in the titles/descriptions of the pictures themselves (once again, just move your mouse pointer over the pictures in the exhibit to see this text). Essentially, we’ve now moved beyond Karoz’s Pink Floyd album related “magic circle” defined by the yellow circles on the Jeogeot maps to the left of Baker Bloch here. One important switchover point can be identified with the Korean Channel: Karoz’s circular influence includes to the lower 1/2 of the protected land around this channel but not the upper 1/2.

Snapshot1109_035smaller

Last current picture within Big E, a woodcut showing Little Robert Plant running with the “Zeppelin Tube” from Nowtown to Sternberg.

Snapshot1109_036smaller

An additional feature of the big E are these phantom openings that allow visitors to walk onto the outer surfaces of this giant letter. One such opening allows Baker Bloch here to walk over the map of the Fernstar sim, and gaze up at part of the volcano centered island (Ichelus half) that also acts as a telehub for the region.

Snapshot1109_037smaller

Snapshot1109_038smaller

The other half of this volcanic island appears on the surface just around the corner from Baker Bloch.

Snapshot1109_039smaller

Opposite direction.

Snapshot1109_040smaller

And then Big E from the top, depicting another interesting island near the volcanic one that actually hasn’t been visited yet by Karoz, I don’t believe. I’ll have to remedy that soon.

Loose Thoughts, Chatting?

“Well, let’s just jump right into the chatting since we don’t have a lot of time tonight, Hucka D.”

Plant:

I was worried you wouldn’t show up tonight. We wish to speak about Winesap with you. Public Domain.

Hucka D.:

Yes, baker b. Now is the time.

Plant:

You have more prims freed up at your Noru gallery complex. You know now that Rubi is not an option. Time for Winesap, then. In Noru.

Hucka D.:

“E” is all set up, baker b. You’ll generate the needed text tomorrow.

Plant:

All is good and ready for Winesap baker breton.

Hucka D.:

baker b.

bb:

Thanks for that. Another [delete name] has started again, Hucka D. That seems important.

Hucka D.:

You are moving backwards in time still. I will help. You have been moving backwards since, well, I can’t say it here.

bb:

I will take your suggestion about Winesap into consideration. Anything else?

Hucka D.:

Yes. Plant wants you to consider the Zeppelin Tube as Winesap. That’s why he and I are bringing it up. Bottle. Wine. Public. Domain. Old into new. Old is new. Bottles. Wine.

bb:

Thank you.

Well, let’s just start chatting, shall we?

“So much information coming in in the last 2 months.”

Hucka D.:

Overload. I’ll help carry your load.

Plant:

I’m here.

Hucka D.:

You are very eager to begin, Mr. Plant. That’s good!

Plant:

Winesap Winesap Winesap.

Hucka D.:

He is eager to begin Winesap, baker b. He found Kashmir in the US and it’s not where you’d think. It’s not in Utah.

Plant:

No. Opening.

bb:

Can we speak of topics in general tonight, Hucka D.? And… Plant?

Hucka D.:

As was planned.

bb:

First off, The Arab. I’ll tell you what I understand about it and then, if you could, fill in the gaps as much as possible. I know it is a ship, of course, maybe a sea ship and space ship combined. It has an unusual energy source: atomic, but clean atomics. Blue energy, perhaps. And I know originally it was thought to be found in the Ross Sea of the Sansara continent, but later thought to be from the Ziczac province. Legend has it that it travelled *down*, somehow, the Great Linden Wall to the Rubi sim through the “point in the wall”. At Rubi, then, it became equivalent to SID’s 1st Oz, which is the a/v synchronicity after The Point of The Wall and which has other obvious ties to Rubi and the strong TILE resonation there found during my — our stay there, Hucka D. And… well, never mind. The equation Wazob=SID was brought up at the time by both of us, I believe. Rubi, with the Edwardston Station Gallery as part of it, opens the door to the Sylver Forest, which is the same as Wazob. SID. Wazob.

Plant:

Chilbo.

Hucka D.:

Let him finish first, Mr. Plant.

bb:

The Arab was then put physically into the temple, a 30 foot version. Then a full 40 foot version was included toward the start of the rebuilt temple in Rubi, on the ground this time, crossing the 50 or so feet of Arcadia Asylum subway tunnel. This forms a giant cross, you see, resonating with the Christian cross. The cross aspect was reinforced by the crosses, or cross, in the tiny graveyard next to the subway, as well as a copy of The Bible itself [w/ a cross on its cover] just below these graves, in a pool of water formed beside the subway, touching it. 3 crosses in one in this location. Then it had an energy source at the time.

Plant:

Blue Earth.

Hucka D.:

Quiet please.

bb:

The new version of the temple and gallery was built *up* from this cross, this base. This represents TILE moving beyond traditional Christianity and traditional religion in general, because the TILE temple represents the fruit of the tree that grows from this cross [tree with spiral walkway leading to the temple from the ground]. Another part of this story would be the new Rubie front to the temple, which would face the Rubi Forest. It was designed like tic-tac-toe, with a red diagonal emphasizing the red or ruby red part, top left to right bottom, and then the remaining 6 squares of the 3×3 design being silver, highlighting the Silver village. I should also add that the topmost of the 3 red squares highlights a map square with the village of Rubie on it. Zic-zac-zoe becomes tic-tac-toe. That’s an integral part of the design as well. Facing the forest this face has to be, the Rubi Forest. And Zarek’s red, green, blue, and yellow platforms. Wonder what happened to him? (pause)

Hucka D.:

Keep going. The Arab may have been a part of what you called the Corsica Island originally, but which turned into the Linden Memorial Island, with its mysterious Rookwood cemetery, in essence. But originally the Corsica Forest mirrored the Rubi Forest. The ship was from Corsica, a foreign place, and connected with oyl…

bb:

That Corsica forest made its way into a 10×10 collage, Hucka D., I’m remembering. Jasper 03. But the really strange part is that I didn’t know one of the sims would be named Rookwood, perhaps the woodiest one, when I added those raven resonances to that collage and the one before it. That would be “St. Michigan.” You can see a tiny Baker Bloch at the bottom about to enter the forest. (pause) Ah yes, Hucka D. And Plant. I remember The Diagonal was the same as the tic-tac-toe symbol on the front of the temple cube now. It was in Rubi, you remember. Proven through this series of posts.

Hucka D.:

Create that as a linked series tomorrow. Or tonight if you wish.

bb:

This has something to do with the 36-Square brought up at the end of the Booker T.- SID interview. Seems so long ago!

Hucka D.:

Put a picture of that up in your blog here.

RESERVE.

bb:

This is also Seathwaite Fell, highlighted in a number of spots within the 10×10, but most prominently at what one could call the *4 corners* of the 10×10, points 10.5, 35.5, 60.5, and 85.5.

Hucka D.:

Put another picture up to demonstrate this.

RESERVE.

bb:

Both SID and Seathwaite Fell have limited themselves purposely. In terms of S.F. this is the Council of 9 becoming the Council of 1 instead of the Council of 8.

Hucka D.:

More has been added since. You better get to the Gel sim for The Arab.

bb:

Right. Then more recently it has been determined that The Arab was also in the Gel sim next to The Moon sim, and just off the coast of the Maebaleia continent. Yet another continent it was on. Gene Fade supposedly used it to translate from SL back to RL and his beloved Frank/Herman Parks, after the siring of Karoz Blogger, who is his son by Gypsy Purse. In Gelsomina is found the energy source, the gel or jel. Pure and clean and blue and green.

Hucka D.:

The Arab was also found in Klein in the temple there. You must put it back.

bb:

Should I rent the Rubi property, Hucka D.?

Hucka D.:

That is not for me to determine.

bb:

And then all this time we’ve been talking I also forgot to add that The Arab is actually from Missouri. Found near or in Camp Zoe, completing the Zic-zac-zoe connection, in the Sinking Creek, 1/2 mile from the Current River. Resonates directly with The Arabian in this manner, another Missouri “ship”. Foreign One. Arab… Arabian.

Plant:

Kashmir.

Hucka D.:

We’re still on topic #1 baker b.!

bb:

So do you have any more input on The Arab?

Plant:

Winesap.

Hucka D.:

Plant is correct. Winesap is aboard.

(to be continued?)

Dueling Borg Cubes? Yes!

Just some preliminary shots of my newest rental land next to the southern terminus of the Great Linden Wall in Horisme. I’m going to have to give up at least 3 of the 5 Noru parcels, though, maybe all 5. 😦 But it seems worth the sacrifice. Was initially looking at renting my old property in Rubi just next door, but this parcel was cheaper and also much more protected. Doubly protected, as they say, since the wall is to the immediate east and there’s also a Linden road to the south.

Already on the property we have the Victorian house I always seem to initially erect on any new land, and then the small, modified Slum Econo apartment structure also formerly found in Noru (the 2 versions there have just today been deleted). Done a bit of terraforming as well already. But the main structure on the property is the Edwardston Station Gallery, hovering just above the tree line here just like it was in Noru (it’s also been removed from Noru now). So this is the new, official location of this gallery in SL. I also plan to move the Temple of TILE, but since I have so many prims still to work with, around 500 or so, thought it might be time to make over the temple. Not sure I want to create another Ubertemple, or have *that* many prims to spare. But certainly something between the present temple and an ubertemple, size-wise, is a possibility. Another fun building project to work on, then.

Below is the mysterious caterpillar that fellow explorer Nish Mip mentioned in her new Atoll continent related post on the Big Orange. Obviously connected with the moth religion recorded in Magellan Linden’s famous blog, especially since the creator of the Great Linden Wall and the creator of the Moth Temple more in the center of the continent are one and the same (Xenon Linden), as Nish uncovered in her Atoll research.

Snapshot1160_001smaller

2 mysterious mushroom shapes are also found near the south end of the Great Wall, clearly visible from much of my property. Meaning: unknown.

Snapshot1160_003smaller

My new landlady (it always seems to be a woman I rent from… can’t think of one exception, actually — oh, there was Zimmy Zulah from a long time ago, my very first landlord/lady) was kind enough to manifest some stairs created by the former owner of the land to offer easy access to the interior of the Great Wall. I decided not to use them, though, at least for now.

Snapshot1170_001smaller

This is off the subject, but I thought I’d also slip in a snapshot of those Chilbo gearchair automatons that I also just recently ran into again in a place called King’s Beach on the Nautilus continent, I believe. Have to think about the meaning of that more.

Snapshot1171_002smaller

The Edwardston Station Gallery and the actual Borg Cube just across the street now (also mentioned in Nish’s post, and also noted by myself in a post during my Rubi days on the Atoll continent last fall) form what I jokingly call “dueling Borg Cubes” in the title of this new post. The Borg Cube is actually slightly smaller at 28x28x28, while my gallery is 30 meters all around. My gallery sits at a somewhat higher elevation, and also somewhat to the west. But if you moved the Borg Cube straight up across the rd., it would most certainly pass through a fair portion of my own cube still.

Snapshot1172_001smaller

The Victorian house on the property.

Snapshot1172_002smaller

A small pond I terraformed on a whim. Nice view of the house from these chairs for certain.

Snapshot1172_003smaller

A look over to the Slum Econo apt. structure (modified) more in the northeast corner of the parcel, and quite close to the opening of the Great Wall at this southern terminus. There’s also a spontaneously created mound on the other side of the structure, almost directly north of the pond. A contrast of convex and concave on the property.

I should also mention the pond sits right in the center of the Edwardston Station Gallery width and breadth-wise.

Snapshot1172_004smaller

A closer look at the wall opening.

Snapshot1172_005smaller

Well, let’s just start chatting, shall we? 02

“Let’s just start chatting again, Hucka D., shall we?”

Plant:

I’m here. I’m here.

Hucka D.:

Mr. Plant is still eager.

Plant:

Plant will do. Plantation Plant. Planet Plant.

bb:

Winesap?

Plant:

Yes!

bb:

How should I start guys?

Hucka D.:

Look to the planets, baker b.

bb:

What about the Sylver Forest?

Hucka D.:

You mean the Silver Forest?

Plant:

Silver. (laughs)

Hucka D.:

4 to 9 sims total. You’re in it now.

bb:

Sweet.

Plant:

I wish to go back to Nowtown. *Now.* (laughs again).

bb:

Plant, you drunk tonight?

Hucka D.:

Giddy is more like it.

Plant:

Who needs Page. We have real pages now. Just kidding Page. (laughs once more)

bb:

Giddy Lee? Sorry.

Hucka D.:

We better end for tonight.

bb:

Thank you.

Well, let’s just start chatting, shall we? 03

Plant:

Winesap? Winesap.

Hucka D.:

It never ends.

Plant:

Not even yet.

bb:

Hi guys.

Plant:

Plantation. Go back, baker breton. I have history. Important history. Pre-page. Zeppelin Tube. Found in stream on south edge of plantation. Plant named for plantation. Fire Maven. I dreamed of him/her/it. Mtn. Go back.

Hucka D.:

You should go back, baker b. Remember the deer. Take more snapshots. And also to the place on the creek in Kelpland, with plants as well you see. Weeds, plants, toys.

bb:

Vegetarian.

Plant:

Right. I know about that. Stupid Beatles, though.

bb:

You don’t like Beatles music, Plant?

Plant:

Overrated. Didn’t even number their albums.

bb:

You are forever linked, though.

Plant:

Well… it’s more Page who thinks that way. We all came from blues, though.

bb:

Everything comes from somewhere. Beethoven came from Haydn.

Hucka D.:

We spoke about The Arab in our last chatting. Do you wish to continue that?

bb:

Yes, let’s do. In order to focus. What should be the next topic?… but let me guess, the Sylver Forest.

Hucka D.:

Wise choice.

bb:

Let me, again, tell you what I know or what I remember. The Rubi Forest is pretty well defined still as 5/8ths of the Rubi sim. The Sylver Forest enclosed it. The Sylver Forest encompassed at least the southern terminus of the Linden Great Wall.

Hucka D.:

Mulberry. (pause) Sorry.

bb:

Continuing, then. It probably spilled over into at least the northeast part of Rosieri as well. That’s why [delete name] is involved, starting with Azure Islands.

Plant:

Flower. I remember that.

bb:

Hucka D.:

Believe me so do I Mr. Plant.

bb:

Of course, any sim bordering Rubi was probably affected, which would include Rosieri, Hector, Notata, Tyta obviously, Horisme, Minoa, Juanita, and then even afflicted sick little Sikkima. So where do we start?

Hucka D.:

Rosieri, then. You must start to think about the interviews again. I’m not sure [delete name] would want to be involved. She is really just finding her footing in explorations and blogging. You must let her be for now.

bb:

[What of] HBA?

Hucka D.:

Look to the collage with “Ant” in it and think further along these lines. Histories of SL, besides technical ones, are difficult. The Forest of Kahruvel has a history through founder Salazar Jack, which HBA builds upon. The only thing one can say for certain, though, is that there *was* a pre-Linden virtual reality, just like there was a pre-Wizard of “Oz” Oz. A rightful ruler will soon be established?

bb:

Hucka D., are you impuning that SL has a rightful ruler as well that hasn’t been yet found? Perhaps hiding…

Plant:

Haydn (snickers).

bb:

Anyway, hidden… by the Lindens even, maybe?

Hucka D.:

Blinkerton’s art maze was hidden in The Man, and then moved to Philip Hill… Phil Hill. 26 pieces of art… star… art.

bb:

Very interesting. Bill… Phil… Hill. Lyme. I think it must be connected! Which means the SL grid is connected to the US, er, “grid”. But why, I wonder, the change from Phil to Bill?

Hucka D.:

Well, it’s important you know about that resonance. And now you do. Now you can study more.

bb:

What of, um, The Bill in Maebaleia? Around the Blue Feather Sea, I mean?

Hucka D.:

That’s what you have to find out about.

(to be continued?)

*****

bb:

Oh Hucka! I think I know who the Lindens hid away. I think I know who the rightful ruler is.

Hucka D.:

All will be revealed.

(Plant laughs)

Aspinwall…???

“Hucka D., we are thinking that the Great Wall may be connected to keyword Aspinwall, the uriginal name of Colon, Panama.

A clue is the first three sims the Wall passes through, north to south, are Athetis, Spini, and Pyri. ASP, then.

Aspinwall, in “The High Octave Story”, was described as being a small, silver snake connected somehow with Sirius or Argentum Astrum.”

Hucka D.:

But not Crowley.

bb:

Not really. Sirius, more.

Hucka D:

Well, certainly the Great Wall has the appearance of a serpent through its twists and turns.

bb:

Asp-in-wall.

Hucka D.:

Yes. 14 sims it passes through, if I’m counting correctly. Like a snake but also a caterpillar. (pause) Another assignment, then, is to reread “The High Octave Story”. Aspinwall was found in the “colon” of an orange VW bug. Its muffler, in other words. It was then made into a pet by the protagonist, like your friend Edward now has his dingo dog (grins).

bb:

Sherwood died in Colon, Hucka D.

Hucka D.:

I believe that Aspinwall snake was gray, baker b.

Plant:

Tea?

Hucka D.:

But I believe now that that old IA-6 field may be involved.

bb:

Hmmmmm….

I’m sensing a pattern.

Undeniable, actually.
