104 years and counting

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chicago_Cubs#1902.E2.80.931920:_A_Cub_dynasty

In 1902, Spalding, who by this time had revamped the roster to boast what would soon be one of the best teams of the early century, sold the club to Jim Hart, and the franchise became known as the Chicago Cubs.[6] During this period, which has become known as baseball’s dead-ball era, Cub infielders Joe Tinker, Johnny Evers, and Frank Chance were made famous as a double-play combination by Franklin P. Adams’ poem Baseball’s Sad Lexicon. The poem first appeared in the July 18, 1910 edition of the New York Evening Mail. Mordecai “Three-Finger” Brown, Jack Taylor, Ed Reulbach, Jack Pfiester, and Orval Overall were several key pitchers for the Cubs during this time period. With Chance acting as player-manager from 1905 to 1912, the Cubs won four pennants and two World Series titles over a five-year span. Although they fell to the “Hitless Wonders” White Sox in the 1906 World Series, the Cubs recorded a record 116 victories and the best winning percentage (.763) in Major League history. With mostly the same roster, Chicago won back-to-back World Series championships in 1907 and 1908, becoming the first Major League club to play three times in the Fall Classic and the first to win it twice. However, the Cubs have not won a World Series since; this remains the longest championship drought in North American professional sports.

So there’s no doubt that Lisa the Vegetarian can make money off Winesap: she was macon (making) bacon. Cash, Priceville… too many clues here. Cub wins suppressed for psychic energy so the story will go. None of your bee’s wax. Ernie Banks was given compensation as Mr. Cub. Banks is also in UmapS. Banks started as a Kansas City Monarch of the Negro League in 1950 before joining Chicago in 1953, becoming their first black player. This is coded into Oregon, alongside some Dorothy Gale-Kansas material. Kansas City Life probably involved, the first 2 movie synchronicity, technically (Kansas on both sides, City [Centerville] in the middle). Kansas City Life = Second Life, as Kansas City is second city of Missouri (as Chicago is second city of US of A, also known as City of *Big* Shoulders and *Windy* City). Ernie Banks also coded into Mississippi. Popular related quotes: “It’s a beautiful day for a ballgame… Let’s play two!” and, “Without him, the Cubs would finish in Albuquerque!” Also called “Mr. Sunshine,” perhaps relating to “Mr. Bluebird” of ELO.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ernie_Banks#Honors

On March 31, 2008, a statue of Banks was unveiled outside Wrigley Field. Upon its unveiling, the base of the statue was revealed to contain a typographical error, reading “Lets play two” rather than the grammatically correct “Let’s play two”. Two days later, sculptor Lou Cella came down to the ballpark early in the morning and carved the apostrophe.

Cards, In The

“West Virginia is where The Kniks conglomerate Power. Why is this?”

bb:

It is to protect the Cardboard City that is connected to their Village Green concept.

Hucka D.:

Correct. Davies has a stake in this as well now. Zappla[ and Ingor] come to examine the results. There is Dead End Steert on one side of the Cardboard City timewise, and then Big Black Skome on the other side. This is Cardinal.

bb:

Trying to process that… The two Kniks heads in “Marge Refound”, the 8th collage of the Gila series, stand for the first and last third of Baker’s Creek, marked off by identical 3.11 mile segments according to the Cardinal, er, Process.

Hucka D. (correcting?):

Decree.

bb:

The middle head has been replaced by a beech grove, probably Marge. The heads to its side are then Selma and Florence. Sorry, Selma and Patty. Marge is the 3.31 length between the two, identical 3.11. Together they are the 3 Sisters.

Hucka D.:

We’re talking about Carrcass-1, which we still can’t provide the real name for, darnit. Still haven’t got permission. Lots of paperwork involved.

bb:

Good luck with that, Hucka D. (smiles)

Hucka D.:

You could help.

bb:

How?

Hucka D.:

Provide an archival copy of Carrcass-1 for the Council to examine.

bb:

Don’t really know what the Council is.

Hucka D.:

Cardinal. (pause)

bb:

I’ll work on that archival copy then, Hucka D.

Hucka D.:

Please. Then we move beyond calling them carcasses.

bb:

So Zapple is taking notes on Carrcass-1, because his work will reappear in the following carrcass, or Carrcass-2.

Hucka D.:

Yes.

bb:

Carrcass-1 seems inexplicable to them.

Hucka D.:

Well, Ingor especially. He didn’t know about this before. He’s just become a variant here… newborn.

bb:

Let’s see. So Lola is the man-woman of the Cardboard City. That’s pretty obvious. Ruustre knows the story about the man-woman, according to bartender Rhoda, now deceased (this is also in Carrcass0-1). And the man-woman is connected to Hays County, Texas with not one but two Roosters within, a Rooster Springs and then the hq of Rooster Teeth of Red vs. Blue fame, or the former hq (in Buda). Lone Man and Lone Woman are in the center of the county, while the Roosters are more on the eastern edge. I probably have a picture of this county in the Baker Blinker Blog, Hucka D.

—–

bb:

Just as a sidenote, it’s really cool because Carrcass-1 which actually created in the first year of the blog, and you can follow my thoughts, in essence, all the way up to its actual creation and then beyond — the immediate effects.

—–

bb:

First off, Ozmo is Baker, both in the forms of Baker Bloch and Baker Blinker, the lone man and lone woman, perhaps. Fused they become The Bakers.

—–

bb:

I believe this is where the prelude stuff really starts kicking into gear: with the discovery of Mouse Island and The Darts.

http://bakerblinker.wordpress.com/2008/11/04/chatting-d/

—–

bb:

It’s the mention of Booger Hayes in the Cardboard City that is a key. B. Hayes, like President Rutherford B. Hayes, who owned Mouse Island. Hays County, of course, again.

Hucka D.:

He is the first president who wasn’t a president. We have left — sorry *entered* variant territory for the United States as a whole. United Snakes?

bb:

Carrcass-1 is the first carrcass beyond the influence of The Bill, who’ve not be used in one since Carcass-0 immediately preceeding this. We just mentioned Master Shake of Carrcass-0.

Hucka D.:

Master Snake?

—–

bb:

Spider plays or knows B. Hayes (to play is to know a tune). The naming of such is not liked by the Spider of the Cardboard City.

Hucka D.:

No. The variant world must remain hidden. The music becomes Latona… atonal I mean.

bb:

It’s music that can kill. Corndogs at least.

Hucka D.:

The…

bb:

The playing of B. Hayes is concordant, as long as the actual name of the piece or composer is not spoken.

Hucka D.:

There’s no answers to who this B. Hayes is coming from the Cardboard City alone. This is genius. But to speak the name of this genius is to deny full genius.

—–

bb:

Maybe we should talk of R110. (pause) Interesting that I thought Ozma was sync proof early on in this discussion.

—–

bb:

Interesting about the discussion of the 4th Angle… which might not be 4th Angel as perhaps some people thought. 4th Angle is the desert. Osmos. Ozmo searches the desert for new adventures, but he just doubles back into the Cardboard City in Carrcass-1. Folded back into itself, as in a 4th dimension. He cannot descend back into the Aquamarine Rebel Strike Force. West Virignia gives strong clues how to really kick start Carrcass-1, Hucka D. It starts with a man named Don in the desert, who is the same as Ozmo. He stepped outside. Don Aman. Amanaplanpanama. That was probably your line.

—–

bb:

When the 4th corner is reached, Ozmo ends, even though it was never suppose to end. It just does.

Hucka D. (correcting once more):

It’s never ended.

—–

bb:

Ozmo will be in the next collage, Hucka D. Ozmo has already been in a collage: Jasper 04. It’s connected to Gills Pier in Michigan, where Ozmo will return. 2052 is the date given.

Gila Interpretations/Associations 04

(continued from Gila Interpretations/Associations 03)

gila08test20

“So we’re still on collage 08, Hucka D. Ringo, or Ingor, is with, um, Zapple and they’ve found Marge. She’s the 3rd of 3 heads. Zapple’s inclusion is interesting here.”

Hucka D.:

That’s actually Frank Zapple… Zappa. No, Zapple. Twin to Ingor here. Zapple is taking notes on what they’ve found. He knows his destiny is intertwined with that of The Kniks. He is Z at the end of a Dead End Street, living in a 2 room 2nd floor apartment. Zapple takes notes.

bb:

They’ve obviously found something that goes beyond Zapple, Hucka D. My main interaction with Zapple is over.

Hucka D.:

Not really. Apostrophe.

bb:

You…

Hucka D.:

*You* are looking for Marge, not Zapple, not Kniks. Not really. Marge is the way in. Marge is the way out.

bb:

And in the next Gila collage, the 9th and penultimate of the series, I actually go inside Marge and find the McCartney head.

gila09final

Hucka D.:

You find the link to Latona, the next series.

bb:

I forgot to mention that Ironmonger Lane in Marlborough is both a conduit and a block. The block is seen in collage 06 [“Patty Says No!”], which I strangely skipped over in this review. It shows the sunfish bypassing the entrance into this lane…

Hucka D.:

Dead End Lane. Dead End Street. Big Black Skome.

bb:

Yeah. The doors in the background are blue in the collage showing the blocked lane…

Hucka D.:

Quote unquote.

bb:

… and then red in the lane that subsequently opens.

Hucka D.:

It’s both closed and open at the same time. Red and blue together.

bb:

What does that mean?

Hucka D.:

Queen?

bb:

No, I said, what does that mean? (pause)

—–

bb:

And what of the words Apricot and Bone in the frozen Glory Ann Pond, Hucka D.? Is that still the name of The Kniks’ made up band? (pause)

—–

Here we have Marge opening up [“Selma Says Go!”], entered through *another* wider Marlborough Lane that isn’t named by the photographer, Brian Robert Marshall, a favorite. Hucka?*

gila10

Then in the first collage of Latona, McCartney, or I suppose this would be Marty (another variant) is explaining to Lisa the Vegetarian about, well about The Way. In the second Latona collage Lisa V. is seen inside the [main] monster of Gila’s “Monsters” collage, heading toward a now illuminated green triangle found in the same collage. I have to get inside Lisa V.’s head; find out what she saw and heard. How did she buy Wealthy Mtn.? Obviously it has something to do with what Marty told her now. She had… she had to buy it to keep it from spinning the wrong way. That was the part she couldn’t control.

(continued in Latona Interpretations/Associations 01)

* Actually the lane is named in the captions to the linked photo: Figgins Lane.

“Well, Hucka D…

“… I didn’t retreat from Marlborough and Marlborough Downs but seemingly embraced them for the next 2 collages after “Monsters”. The 7th is still a draft so far, and probably the 6th as well. But in the 6th[ of the “Gila” series], I stare into the heart of the town, perhaps a dark heart.”

Hucka D.:

You stare into yourself. You stare into the future and retirement. What will happen then? Gila knows perhaps. You see?

bb:

Yes I think so. Two paths, a brother and a sister. Both with conditions, shall we say. One, the sister, didn’t get past this alley. She stared into the future and saw the end.

Hucka D.:

Michael[ Too]’s in there as well. Smoking. He’s A. Marlborough Man too.

bb:

Half man and half rabbit. This is the alley that doesn’t appear in New Pietmond because there’s no in-depth middle between height and depth except for the X-Spot Gallery.

Hucka D.:

About at the eye level of the sink, yes.

bb:

Why did I go to the perhaps dark heart of Marlborough instead of moving away from it, back to River Key and Purton Stoke more on the edge of Wiltshire, an objective or semi-objective viewing ledge?

Hucka D.:

Already been done. You’ve already been there. As Baker Bloch.

gila06
No Way

bb:

I’m going to copy the new collage — 6th — of the Gila series into this post. Let’s take a look. This is an alleyway in Marlborough, perhaps the tightest one. Called Ironmonger Lane. There’s one in London too, and this one probably took its name after that one[ the one in London].

Hucka D.:

You must[ find out] what happened in that lane. You cannot run away back to River Key just yet. Stare into it.

bb:

Well, there’s a white horse — 2 white horses. The top one looks more like the white horses of Wiltshire, or a typical example of such, like Marlborough’s itself. The bottom one is more of a color inversion of a real horse. They face opposite ways. Also the bottom one has a rider…

Hucka D.:

The lower one is Michael Too, don’t you think? He is A. Marlborough Man. Mann.

bb:

Let’s switch to the sunfish, also an inversion. But also the same color as the sunfish that seemed to magically appear in Sunfish, Kentucky on GoogleEarth, Hucka D. I think it is some sort of psychic collage[ there].

Hucka D.:

Yes you put it there. With your mind. (smiles)

bb:

What of the sunfish crop circles in Wiltshire this past summer? What of Sunfish Pond in New Jersey next to Yards Creek? Has to mean all something this does.

Hucka D.:

Well put. Let me see as well. The sunfish[ in the 6th Gila collage] appears to be leaving the alley to the left, which means he entered it to the right. Sunfish have a difficult time changing directions once in motion. He went in and he came out. There’s 2 turquoise doors in the alley, toward the back. You’ve retained them for the collage.

bb:

One I’ve retained, and the second may be added tomorrow from the original Brian Robert Marshall photo [LINK]. You told me to return to the Marshall photos and I did. Just not in Purton Stoke.

Hucka D.:

No. You had to get to the heart of the matter. A heart.

bb:

I’m going to leave further discusssion of[ collage #6] alone, because I don’t think it’s quite finished. Will tinker with tomorrow, perhaps.

Hucka D.:

Good. And the 7th?

bb:

Well, this is in draft form as well definitely, but it looks like Baker Bloch will be standing up to his chest in the waters of the New Pietmond labyrinth, staring toward the Rockley Mansion with added rock stackings in front. I suppose it would be equated with Solomon’s Temple in this way, because the pillars, one dark and one light or in sunlight or with the sun illuminated side facing us, would be Joachim and Boaz.

boaz_jachin

The pillars will placed there synchronistically and not on purpose, as it were. As it is.

Hucka D.:

Ah so.

bb:

They are magical in appearance, and represent Marlborough in conjunction with the whole Marlborough Downs area. They probably represent some kind of answer to the dark heart of Ironmonger Alley.

(to be continued?)

Tomorrow…

Incorporate Dead End Street into Lion’s Roar.

Compare Billfork and Lion’s Roar, short term and long term.

Continue Gold Bug story. Gold Bug is Golden Joseph(ine) in part. Money for tooth. Price on his golden head.

He had greenbacks (paper currency not back by bullion) coming into town. Told of gold in them thar hills (Kentucky).

Rely more on Poe’s Gold Bug story for more clues of Lion’s Roar *tale*.

“Don’t you think Lion’s Roar is the tale of DSotR2?”

Emerald City is Lion’s Roar?

What of the Rock Island energized by Ill./Iowa but originally floating down to the top of Periwinkle Falls from The Impasse? Floating Island.

Knock Knick Knack have library inside their building. Tells of Powerman, of Plastic Man, of Tin S. Man in order. Creations of Lisa the Vegetarian. Lisa the V. has temple in town where everyone in town goes to worship her twice, 3 times a week maybe. It is understood she controls the mtn. Knock is a priest of Rainbowology. Studies quartz — says most massive quartz crystals found in Quartz Brook on other side of mtn. Knock tells of Powerman first, then Plastic Man, then Tin S. Man. Superman? “Some say Superman is the 4th Man”, he says to Golden Bug. “Do you want to fly like Superman, little bug?” Yes!” came the answer, for Golden Bug knew something Knock didn’t, and that all Mans are 1 Man. He flew to Kentucky in reverse, then, which means he admits to Knock at the time that he came from Kentucky like Superman. “Daniel Boone was also a man,” Knock shared. “A real man.” “True man?” And then Golden Bug was off to another destination. He knew the Prism Cave held the key. It was a lock.

The next day…

More questions: Does Wallace3 come to live in Lion’s Roar and not his own Wallace next to Tinsity? It is a great question; I think he does for a time. He thinks Tinsity too dangerous (radioactive?) to exist next to for now. Studies past/present/future of that area — *will* he establish Rainbowology under the 3333 Protectorate in that area? If Wallace3 comes to live in Lion’s Roar he may write a history of Jeogeot then, and Pietmond in particular. He will compare Lion’s Roar directly with Pietmond. For one thing, both are settings for fictional tv shows, but the townspeople will not know what he is on about here (since they’re part of the show itself, and unable to stand outside of their roles in this way). Wallace3 might say that Pietmond is better than Lion’s Roar, even if it is virtual. Can go inside buildings with your avatar. People of town will counter this — say *they* live inside the bottles — just go through the walls. “Then what?” Wallace3 counters himself. They do not have an answer for this, all except Knock of Knick Knack Knock. In contrast, Goldbug lived in the past, and Lion’s Roar is more like a 19th Century US western style prospector town to him, it seems, with segregation in place (notice acronym of Triplets) and colored bottles on opposite side of rr from clear bottles. This is just symbol, mind you, and a transfer of past memories and events of places to present event as art happening in woods of Herman Park, Haze County, US of A. Knock is aware of the transfer, however. Is aware there is prejudice in town, on the abstract level that the town exists in the first place. Knock says Wallace3 is needed here. Pietmond will make Lion’s Roar stronger, he says — a connection to a virtual world where indeed you can go into buildings and walk around as avatars. “But what of Sue?” he then asks. “Where are his prospecting companions? We would like to get him and his roaring out of Lion’s Roar asap.” Wallace3, still freeforming, states, “Carcassonnee was in Pietmond, an alien herself. Sometimes went by the name of Sharon or Charon. Lion’s Roar doesn’t have a powerful center like that.” “We have Lisa,” retorts Knock. “Lisa the Vegetarian. We worship her at our several places of worship 2 to 3 times a week, maybe less. We bring her pieces of quartz to honor her purity. She is High F… Hi-fi maybe. Yes… hi-fi it is.” For Knock knew they were making this up as they went as well. He looked at the alien Wallace3 over top of his 19th Century spectacles, took him in. “It’s good the grizzly people of this prominent village can’t see you, all but me.” He looked down the street at just such milling villagers. “Is this the Village Green?” Wallace3 asked, knowing it was a loaded question. “Is it *doomed*?” he could have added (but didn’t). “Z” might know”, Knock states. He lives at the end of that dead end street just up the road. A little green bottle use to sit at the end of it, so we always called it Little Green. But now it’s just Dead End Street. In a 2 room apartment on the 2nd floor we’ll find Z.” I knew *a* Z had been involved in semi-recent discussions of The Table of Hilo. I wondered if it was the same guy.
