Baker Blinker Blog Book IV: Jeogeot II 02b (Nov/Dec 2009 02 of 03)

Giving It All Back…

“Teasdale may be a place we can all meet again, baker b. You and Plant and me.”

bb:

That might be nice.

Hucka D.:

We will sit on the roof and stare out at the labyrinth sipping our, um, beverages. Looks like a nice downtown to explore. Better than Crabwoo… larger than X-Ville. Sternberg-like. Chilbo-like perhaps, even.

bb:

Doubtful on the latter. I don’t see staying on Gaeta permanently.

Hucka D.:

You never know. More parts of the continent will open up. Surprised you didn’t find Teasdale before. You will explore, you will grok. You will understand.

bb:

Another door. Dors.

Below is the High Priestess tarot card. The two pillars represent the pillars that lie on either side of the entrance to Solomon’s temple, as described in the Old Testament. The black pillar on the left is called Boaz; it represents the male energy: war, severity, the sun. The white pillar on the right is called Jachin; it represents the female energy: love, compassion, the moon.

On Sgt. Pepper, Sonny Liston plays the role of Boaz; there are “boas” near him to make the point: the stuffed boa at his feet, and the feather boa worn by Mae West. Boas. Boaz.

Diana Dors plays the role of Jachin. You can see that Sonny and Diana are polar opposites in every respect: Male/Female, Black/White, Fighter/Lover. He has short hair, she has long hair. He wears white with gold trim, she wears gold with white trim.

The presence of Boaz and Jachin means that when we look at Sgt. Pepper we are looking at the entrance to Solomon’s temple. To validate this we have the rebus made by Shirley Temple and Diana Dors: “Temple Dors.”…. *

Remember that each of The Beatles represents a letter based on the movements of their respective chess pieces:

John: Bishop: V
Ringo: Rook: E
George: Knight: L

This leaves Paul, who is an “O” on the back of Pepper because he is turned, a-round. But on the front of Pepper, Paul portrays the Eye, so Paul is an “I.” This means that John, Ringo, Paul, and George together spell VEIL. They portray the veil of Solomon’s temple.

Giving It A Shot…

“The variants have gathered together in Sunklands for your review and are awaiting further instructions.” (snickers)

bb:

Thanks for starting Hucka D.

Plant:

I am here as well. We have new visitors!

bb:

Yes, well… I really enjoy having you guys around…

(Marty clears his throat)

bb:

… oh yes, you too Marty.

Marty:

Thank you.

bb:

But it’s time to move on. Grow up beyond my fantasy creations I’ve created…

(all laugh, even Marty)

bb:

Yeah, that was a good one. So what next fellas?

Hucka D.:

More revelations. Revolutions. Bill. Lemon. John. Revolution. One and nine. 1234567890.

bb:

I think I know what the Joplin Sphere really is, Hucka D. It’s the Rainbow Sphere. Isn’t it.

Hucka D.:

Make your maps.

*****

bb:

Like this one?

Marty:

You know, we knew, the variants, the *other* variants, knew about the chess influence. Ingor even mentioned it directly in a quote about Sgt. Pepper.* *They* knew Ringo was the “E”, John was the “V”, George the “L”, and I… McCartney I mean, the “I”.

bb:

Marty, do you know TILE?

Marty:

I do know. Now, I mean. Know now. I do know now.

bb:

McCartney is where it starts and where it ends on the cover of Sgt. Pepper.

*****

bb:

He is the “I”…

Marty (on beat):

… but “I” am not he… not really. Not exactly. At all. I have my own life now. Variant.

Plant:

And me as well. I am not Robert Plant. We split, like a trunk of a tree. This would be 1968. 69…68.

bb:

I wonder if I am a variant as well, guys. How about you Hucka D.? Do you consider yourself a variant as well?

Hucka D.:

Yes!

bb:

Funny… not sure about myself.

Hucka D.:

You died as baker b. and went to Second Lyfe[, though]. I did the same. I am here all the time.

bb:

I wonder if Baker Bloch can help here? Or even Baker Blinker? Or Karoz?

Hucka D. (helping out):

When you came into Second Lyfe you already had an internet life and existence as baker b., the syncher. You destroyed that… killed it. You did it in your Podcast, remember? Sunklands is merely a resurfacing or resurrection. What is the Joplin Sphere, baker b.?…. you haven’t answered.

bb:

It is pure synchronicity. Like purest green.

Hucka D. (reinforcing):

It is pure synchronicity.

bb:

It is Joplin. It is Newton [09] and Jasper [09] melded together. The Rainbow Sphere image was found in OzLand… Edna took a photo, now in the Temple of TILE and “pointing” directly at the Joplin Sphere, the true missing piece…

Hucka D.:

Yes.

bb:

Is it time to explode the bomb?

Hucka D.:

It’s time to *contain* the bomb.

Gaeta/Teasdale, 01

Ol’ Bik’n Baker north by northwest of Teasdale in Sutras, looking over a barren landscape. The sim sized Rafail maze is to the left, down the hill.

Pennyroyal now, and the large, open scupture park known as Scarpyland, already mentioned once in this blog back in a September post. Baker imagined himself renting near Pennyroyal at the time; now his dream has come true, or at least he’s only a couple of sims away.

Checkerboard type walkways thread through the man-made ridges of the complex, leading one through the various sections.

Dead end here.

I’ll have more to say about the Pennyroyal sculpture garden soon. Just some preliminary exploring for now.

What looks to be some sort of southern gateway to the complex, with this tall gardian-type sculpture.

This is the listed website for the owner of the park, one Scarp Godenot.**

Now as Baker Bloch is checking behind himself today for the purposes of generating the descriptive text for this post, he’s also understanding that other parts of the gallery exist in skyboxes above the ground park. He’ll be returning soon enough!*

* In checking again, the web site link appears obsolete. You can teleport here to select from the various Pennyroyal galleries.

** 11/30/09: Nice. Found a link between this Scarp Godenot and Chilbo through this October 2008 Chilbo Museum Press Release.

Gaeta/Teasdale, 02

Another shot of the Rafail maze right behind Baker’s new Teasdale rental unit. Click here to find out more about the differences between mazes and labyrinths.

Now Baker Bloch is already really enjoying riding his bike around the numerous paved streets of Teasdale, a big attraction to renting there in the first place. Here he pedals through the middle of a park area marking, in turn, the center of Rosser, the eastern sim ( of 2) of Teasdale as a whole. Not far from his new rental atall.

As far as Baker can tell, at least until he opened his own “Something To Chro About” the night of 11/22 (see above), there’s only one artsy gallery in Teasdale, owned by Claire Radikal. Not very big: only a handful of art pieces within the one story, approx. 10×10 room. But some quality work here — not sure about the eye sculpture though, but it might just be a taste issue.

I’ll be stopping in again I’m sure. Hope Claire sticks around.

A police car is parked just outside the small gallery. Nice to see the town has a law enforcement unit in place; makes Baker feel safer when he’s pedaling the streets late at night. Problem is, this car always seems to be parked right here just outside the gallery, and with no one inside. Hmmm, maybe its like those empty cop cars in RL you see parked on the side of a street, just to make you aware that they are around, and if there was someone inside you might get a speeding ticket if you’re going too fast in this spot in the future. But I’d still like to see this particular car move around once in a while. I’ll keep an eye on it… probably Baker will ride by it many nights if not the majority of nights he’s out biking around Teasdale.

Baker now sits in a definite highlight of town: the Evergreen Pub, apparently specializing in live folk music. Baker’s joined the associated group — suppose he’ll get notecards about upcoming events in the establishment. Might be fun just to hang out in back somewhere and look at the locals filing in and out.

Interesting old timey style Second Lyfe map on the wall in front of Baker here as well.

On this same night, I believe, Baker Bloch also finds another “old” map of SL featuring the Jeogeot continent — his “home” continent now I suppose we should concede (since he’s lived there in a mostly consistent manner for over *1/2* a year now — hard to believe!). This is not from Teasdale, though, but from Jeogeot itself, somewhere in the northern panhandle, or what this map mysteriously calls a “claw” of the continent.

I’ve never seen any of this terminology used in other maps of SL or Jeogeot… “Bay of Fundi” (actually Korean Channel), “West Claw”, *”Centralia”* (roughly the same as what I call Sunklands, it appears), “Golden East Coast”… strange stuff. And I was able to take a copy and add it to my inventory to study later on — cool.

Chatters…

“Good you know about Vileness now. He or she lived on the bottom of Drink Lake for years and years, maybe still does. Not vile at all in my eyes. I’ve visted with he/she a number of times now in past/present/future, anticipating this intersection.”

bb:

Catfish?

Hucka D.:

Alien, though.

bb:

I thought the name would be just Vile, though, not like Vileness of Vileness Fats.

Hucka D.:

The fish was fat as well, but big fat not fat fat. The beavers knew her… I’ll call him a her here for simplicity.

bb:

Which was it? Never mind.

bb:

And out of VILE grew TILE, not the other way around. The Quadrobeavs misinterpreted the “V” as a “T”.

bb:

*They* called it Vile.

Hucka D.:

A shortening of its real name, yes.

bb:

And it was a catfish.

Hucka D.:

Sort of. Very big… and walking. 2 eyes represents the sun and the moon. Not, um…

bb:

Right, I get ya. The eyes.

Hucka D.:

It was from Sirius, you know. A Sirius creature come to Earth specifically to live underneath Drink Lake after it formed. The beavers knew. They tried to tell you that day. But they thought the V was a T as well.

bb:

I still think that might be the other way around. T turns into V.

Hucka D.:

Plant would know.

Plant:

Hi.

bb:

Hey Plant. Mr. You know about Vileness?

Plant:

No. Here’s Hucka Doobie again.

(no Hucka D.)

bb:

I don’t see him.

Plant:

Wait. I’ll go look.

(pause)

*****

While he’s gone I’ll just chat more with the reader, then. Today I went to Drink Lake and got the inspiration that a large fish use to live at the bottom of this lake. This would represent the dammed water on the lower part of CREEK, elsewhere TILE Creek. But Hucka D. is indicating TILE actually comes from VILE. I’m not sure…

Hucka D. (interrupting):

… I’m back. Plant said he didn’t know VILE. My mistake.

bb:

I was just telling the reader or readers of this blog about that, as you probably heard when you came in.

Hucka D.:

Nah, sorry. I missed that. Go ahead… didn’t mean to interrupt.

bb:

Well… I was telling them that I’m still not sure VILE comes before TILE.

Hucka D.:

It’s on the Sgt. Pepper cover. Entrance to the Temple. VILE Temple. VEIL… VILE. You read it, remember?

bb:

Sirius was brought up in that thread concerning Paul’s — McCartney’s — blue uniform, blue like the robes of the High Priestess who is Isis, and who stands for Sirius according to many sources.

Hucka D.:

That association was suppose to be made. He is the Magician passed into the High Priestess — 1 into 2 — but both beyond The Fool.

bb:

I’m seeing a very flat fish… almost 2 dimensional.

Hucka D.:

Quite so.

bb:

Yellow Submarine?

Hucka D.:

Sea of Green. So 2 dimensional that it almost didn’t exist. Right on the limit.

bb:

Black hole on the bottom of the lake?

Hucka D.:

Yes?

(to be continued?)

New “Something To Chro About” in Teasdale

Small, new store in Teasdale currently showing 6 of the Oblong collage series and providing landmark for Edwardston Station Gallery in Aotearoa.

Also my apt. is fairly set up in Teasdale. About 200 meters from the gallery.

Jeogeot > Gaeta? (Probably Not, At Least For Another Month)

Karoz biking on the Atoll continent, just testing out the roads there. Maybe a bit too cobblestoney for extended trips? Luv the weeds in the road, though.

Baker Bloch a bit south of Chilbo, looking toward a castle just below the corporate limits (Madhupak).

Still in the Chilbo area — small, independently run railroad in Anma. Close but still not affiliated with the famous Jeogeot community. I wonder if they even know about it or would be interested in participating if asked directly? I wonder if I would in the same situation, for that matter?

One of my few complaints about Chilbo so far is that in the newest sections sometimes the red sidewalks are a bit overdone, it seems. Karoz does seem to favor the lower center of the Chilbo sim, where they are not quite as predominant and where normal cement colored walkways dominate. Have to think more about that one.*

Small inland sea of Jeogeot, already visited in this post from _____. Not much around the shores yet…

Then it’s back to Sunklands and the western edge of Big Sink to ponder more the future of The Bakers in this area. Does Sunklands truly represent a “permanent” home for them in Second Lyfe?

*****

* In quickly second thinking about this issue, realize this inside-outside relationship was probably planned. The red sidewalks lie more along the outer limits of the Chilbo community, giving visitors indication that they’re in the town itself. Then toward the very center of Chilbo, the red sidewalks give way to gray or cement colored walkways as a nice contrast — no need to reinforce the signature Chilbo sidewalks, since if one gets this far in they usually know where they are already.

Could be all wrong in guessing this relationship, though.

“No.”

“It’s probably just one of those pauses or hiccups, Hucka D., but I seem to be getting a little tired of Sunklands now. I think I can rejuvenate my interest soon. It’s just that Gaeta seems so refreshing. Small but I can handle more confinement now. And I can downsize.”

(no answer.)

“I know, I know, what about the Blogocube? you’re asking. That’s a distinct possibility… shame to downsize when all the downtime at Xmas is coming up.”

Plant:

*I’m* coming up too. Quite exciting (!)

bb:

Hi Plant. Yeah, I have a feeling you are (smiles).

Plant:

You used Marty, you will use me. Is that it for Sunklands? you’re asking. Is that why I’m here? Just to get to this point?

bb:

That’s kind of it. Sunklands is nice, but there’s really nothing in it. Not sure the ties to Chilbo are strong enough to keep me, long term, on Jeogeot. But that’s where you have all your ties Mr. Plant.

Plant:

Yes. Maybe another one of those hiccups, then, as you said.

bb:

Tube?

Hucka D.:

Hi.

bb:

Hello Hucka D. Plant and I are speculating this may be the end for Sunklands. Or very soon.

Hucka D.:

Let’s see…

*****

Hucka D.:

No.

Introducing Greenup Yd.

“Plant… Mr. Plant… I have a feeling that incorporating you into Greenup Yd. will represent more problems than it’s worth.”

Plant:

I have jelly.

bb:

Hucka D. around?

Hucka D.;

I’m in a jam at the moment. Talk to Plant.

Plant:

Jelly? (offers jelly jar, w/ spoon, to baker b.)

bb:

Well… what about the middle of GY?

Plant:

Why ask? Plant.. bird… plant.

Greenup Yd.:

Hovering over the center is a bird of paradise.

bb:

Wow. Hi Greenup Yd.. Should I pronounce that “Yard”?

Greenup Yd.:

Yes. Talking bird. 60x60x60 cube square. Howevering.

bb:

Hovering, you mean.

Greenup Yd.:

Uniko, da.

bb;

Are you Petemond? By the way, um, whomever, I think Petemond may really stand for Piedmont.

Greenup Yd.:

You will look at the bottom floor of ESG and you will see. Me.

bb:

You are the same as the Greenup series of collages, then.

Greenup Yd.:

Also look on top of a mountain shared by Virginia and West Virginia. Tile. Yippie. Hippie. Ippie. Eppie.

bb:

I think you are Petemond, Greenup Yd.

*****

Greenup Yd.:

North and South. Yards and Yards. Greenup Yd.

bb:

Yellow is rat. Reinforced by ___ chasing rat instead of bird he was assigned to chase.

Greenup Yd.:

Plant wants to be over Marty but can’t. He doesn’t want to talk about it. A lot of work was put into [their songs].

bb:

Maybe in this one… *you*… he can for a moment.

Greenup Yd.:

No. You are seeing that. Sunklands is owned by Marty extended through Lemon extended through Marty.

bb:

What is your role in this continuing evolution?

Greenup Yd.:

Contained. Return to olden days. Healing and sealing of the old split.

bb:

Are you the same as the Vileness fish who lives or lived on the bottom of Drink Lake?

Greenup Yd.:

Yes.

bb:

Interesting. Are you a bird as well, then?

Greenup Yd.:

Yes. I am green up and yellow down.

bb:

Can you tell me your appearance as a bird?

Greenup Yd.:

Yes.

bb:

Thank you.

Greenup Yd.:

Take a closer look please.

bb:

Ok.

Greenup Yd.:

No, please. At the ground.

bb:

Oh… alright. Let’s see…

That’s kind of scary.

Greenup Yd.:

Dixey’s Pisnar.

bb:

Strange. If not real.

Greenup Yd.:

Real enough. Arkansas.

bb:

Oh… Greenup is Missouri, then??

Greenup Yd.:

Keep looking…

bb:

Icke. Bunny Boy went to Hope, Arkansas, but I don’t think he saw Bill around.

Greenup Yd.:

The Bill.

bb:

Well, too much at that site to absorbe. Icke, I mean. Reminds me… *Bill* Buehler.

Greenup Yd. (repeating):

Bill.

bb:

Well, we should probably end. Thank you GY.

GY:

I’ll be around for a while. Thank you.

“Was that Paul?”

One of the more intriguing pieces of evidence for the Paul is Dead enigma.

Compare with evidence in this page, esp., perhaps, concerning 1st photo shown.

Start at around 3:32.

The Beatles Play The Residents Play The Beatles…

Mashup before the term was invented.

“Did you make her?”

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/D%27yer_Mak%27er

Has unique relationship with The Beatles’ “Flying”. Can you guess it?

Y-borough, Teasdale, X-ville.

This night, Baker Bloch daringly, perhaps even foolishly, decides to take a closer look at Y-borough. And in the middle of the night, ta boot! Foolish for certain!!

Scary graffiti and a giant, unformed white tube of some sort. Sometimes the unformed things are the scariest, especially if placed in Y-borough.

Bizarrely, maybe, the building with the broken out windows, or what Baker perceived as such, has been derezzed, apparently. Or maybe they just sent it somewhere to repair the windows. Most likely, whoever owned it just wanted to get the heck out of here.

Then it’s back to X-ville, looking better, better, better!

Baker briefly contemplates renting a 4096 parcel at the main crossroads of X-ville (“could *this* be the true home of the 10×10?”, and so on), but circumstances shift his attention back to Sunklands soon enough. He is leaving open the option of renting in X-ville itself, though.*

Planting Another One? 01

“Hucka D. Come in Hucka D.”

Hucka D.:

Here. You want to ask about Plant.

bb:

Yes. Is this it for Mr. Plant?

Hucka D.:

We’ll have to see. Could be, though. We… Plant? Never mind. We must move on.

bb:

Beyond Sunklands now?

Hucka D.:

Each location you live at or visit extensively has its own story to tell. Is there anything left for Sunklands? No cohesive community here, obviously. Perhaps X-ville is next, then. You must think about the ties with Chilbo as well. And Teasdale for that matter.

bb:

I don’t think I can leave Jeogeot now.

Hucka D.:

No. You can rent other places, as you have to. But you are Jeogeotine now, yes. And I as well. Karoz of course, since he’s been here since before the beginning.

bb:

What about Marty?

Hucka D.:

Marty goes where Plant goes or has gone. And that is to Sunklands.

bb:

I can’t believe my Sunklands adventure may already be over.

Hucka D.:

You must prepare for the *next* Carrcass-1. Perhaps at X-mas. X-ville a better base, then? You know it will be impermanent, if so.

bb:

I could certainly explore Sternberg more.

Hucka D.:

You could be right in the middle of the X.

bb:

Greenup Yd. around tonight, Hucka D.?

Hucka D.:

No. Greenup Yd. will not be needed any longer.

bb:

One time show, then. But I suspect he’s Petemond anyway.

(Hucka D. doesn’t answer.)

Wow, it will be sorta empty around here without Mr. Plant… Plant. You sure this is the end for him?

Hucka D.:

No, not sure.

bb:

I think I’m going to explore Big Sink more next.

Hucka D.:

Yes.

bb:

Think about Pudding Hole and all more.

Hucka D.:

Right.

bb:

(thoughtfully) Another Carrcass-1. Of course you can’t tell me more about that.

Hucka D.:

No. How could you even guess about, well, any Carrcass-1, we’ll say.

bb:

No. I sure didn’t see this one coming. No way.

Hucka D.:

It’s all about the landscape and where you live. The last 2 have been inspired by Jeogeot, first the Chilbo-Crabwoo dichotomy, and then Plant born between the 2, leading to Sunklands, the inspiration for the 2nd Jeogeot inspired Carrcass-1. A third in store? If so, a change of venue, I think. Look to Teasdale and X-ville and also, yes, Y-borough for clues. Sternberg obviously.

bb:

But that’s so attached now to Plant and his career, as is, really, Sunklands. And Marty. So Marty won’t show up as well… I know, you can’t really tell me this. But I don’t… think…

Hucka D.:

You simply do not know at this point. But it will become clear soon enough. Time is like a road already laid, and the future lies down this road for you to see in a limited way. Not necessarily *fixed*, mind you, but laid. Forks available. Probabilities. Cayce didn’t quite understand that. Roberts is better.

bb:

Right. (pause) But I’m understanding Sunklands might be history.

(Hucka D. does not answer.)

Well, if so, then maybe I’ll move closer to either Chilbo or Sternberg. Back to Noru? Still not sure I’m finished with Sunklands, though. Will be hard to give that up. I’ll miss Plant, if he’s really gone, and he probably is. Marty too. Lemon? Who’s left to talk to besides Hucka D.? What came *before* Plant and Nowtown/Zen City? Hard to remember now. Maybe I should move back to Sansara for a spell, rent there I mean. Atoll continent? I guess I need a fresh start. Off Jeogeot, though. Hucka D. doesn’t seem to think that’s the right option. I’ll stay on Jeogeot, he said. Maybe even attached directly to Sunklands. Adventure is out there, I suppose.

(to be continued?)

Loose Thoughts, Part, wow, 20 (Isn’t it time for a return to Sansara, then?)

“Care to comment at this time, Hucka D.?”

Hucka D.:

About the Ross Sea: ok. (pause) Two sided. Two sides in one. Ross… rose.

bb:

Plant and Marty still gone? I suppose they are.

Hucka D.:

Yeah. We’ll dig up new ones. What about Sunklands if I may ask you something in return?

bb:

Think I’ll stay.

Hucka D.:

Good choice. Plant and Marty have left their obvious traces. We’re not done with either. But [their] influence will lessen in the Big Sink area. You have more to investigate there. Start building again. X-ville… need to ask…

bb:

What about X-ville? And Teasdale, I suppose?

Hucka D.:

They *could* be art centers in the future. For now, stick with Chilbo. Chilbo, da.

bb:

Yeah, I think I see what you mean. Maybe no visitors yet to the Teasdale gallery. Just not a lot of avatars there. And script count is too high… laggy a bit. X-ville is better. Solution. Chilbo is better, even though it’s laggy…

Hucka D.:

You have much left to investigate. Go inworld soon. What of the “E” in the Sea of Despair sim?

bb:

I’m going inworld a bit… Be back…

*****

“All the Oolamoo lakes are now iced over, Hucka D.”

Hucka D.:

Hold on, baker b….

*****

I know what the Joplin ball or sphere is now, planted at the center of Big Sink. I have to peel off, now, the influence of Plant and Marty in the *immediate* now. In the greater now, their influence still applies. It’s just been spotlighted in the now. Now. Plant comes from Nowtown, next to Zen City which he also figures largely with, and moves to, first, Sternberg (or X-ville?), then Sunklands, taking with him the tube which may also be the same as the TCO, now. It is a bird, perhaps a parrot. Like the 2 parrots, red and inversed (blue-green/cycan) in Wheeler 09.

Let’s say the tube is the same thing as this bird now [Hucka D. later indicates they are somewhat separate]. And combined with the influence of the Joplin Sphere already in Sunklands. This is one with Joplin, Arkansas, the population place missing from the traditional Rubi front of the Temple of TILE (Rubi is place where this structure finds its heyday?), unknown until about a month ago, though. On google maps, the only place in Joplin Arkansas noted is Black Dog Design. This is the key, the seed. Planted in the middle of Big Sink, supposedly at that southwest parcel in Pudding Hill sim (still up for sale as of tonight), it spreads out into the history of Big Sink to include both Plant and Marty, drawing them to it.

Hucka D.:

The newest Carrcass-1 is always the central Carrcass-1. For a while [at least]. The Joplin ball sphere planted in the center of Big Sink is obvious, now. It is the center of the new Carrcass-1. Beginning into middle or center. A dog. Black. The Temple of TILE had to come to Big Sink in its continued journeying to experience this. Plant was asked to take care of this center… grow the seed. Page gave him the seed. This is what he did for page. 156. All this is part of a larger picture Now.

bb:

Big Sink is *all* Carrcass-1’s. Together in one. One in all and all in one.

Hucka D.:

True enough. It is a big sink. (pause) Look at centers.

bb:

Um… Frank again. Here’s there again.

Hucka D.:

Strange, eh? Ives.

bb:

I think it’s obvious, also, that all this has to do with Winesap.

Hucka D.:

156. North… South. Life… Death. South is Death. North is Life. Canada… Mexico. Leigh. (pause) In the newest Carrcass-1, it’s obvious that the lead character has died on a voyage. “I thought you were dead.” That’s the Panama Canal. That’s *Colon*…

bb:

Aspinwall.

Hucka D.:

And it’s the same as the switch between Kansas and Oz in Dark Side of the Rainbow, but, moreover, The Rainbow Sphere. Since Oz is unequally large in the latter, as “Oz” is in the newest Carrcass-1. Oz is S.A.

bb:

Yes.

Hucka D.:

It is Prices… Pisces, but a birth into Death instead of Life. Death is a great adventure as well. As a spirit, that is. Out to prove something. BIRD.

COLORS, 01

“Hucka D., can we talk about a bit about TILE or COLORS tonight?”

Hucka D.:

Yes, you will move to Maebaleia. You will rent there.

bb:

But I can do this from Sunklands? Never mind, you can’t answer that yet. But I think I should stay on Jeogeot.

Hucka D.:

Maybe. But move as well. Blue Strawberry is gone… fill the void. COLORS. Collect. Draw in.

bb:

But maybe just attract these to Sunklands.

Hucka D.:

TILE.

bb:

Return to Rubi?

Hucka D.:

End please. Thank you.

bb:

Thank you.

Decisions…

Baker spies a blackbird. Cheap optical illusion here, in case you didn’t guess.

Baker looks up at floating beach balls.

Baker and bird with yet another bird. Another black bird.

‘Nother view of a Pennyroyal sculpture in Scarpyland.

Crabwoo. No, Baker Bloch cannot probably live here. He prefers Teasdale for sure!

The Rabbit Hole on the Maebaleia continent, once more. “Wrapped in plastic” one could say.

Home, home again.

Tired…? Maybe not.

“Hucka D., I think now, in investigating the matter further, that I’ll just stay in Sunklands. I know Ms. Garcia is probably getting tired of me writing her and then changing my mind as well!”

Hucka D.:

Yes. She is. (pause) Just joking.

bb:

So… is Plant still around? Marty?

Hucka D.:

Yes they are.

bb:

Will we still chat at times?

Hucka D.:

Yes. You still don’t know about Sunklands. You think you do…

bb:

What’s the next step? COLORS, I’m guessing.

Hucka D.:

TILE… COLORS… yes.

bb:

Today I found some new and interesting places in Frank Park, Hucka D., that I think may involve the toy avatars as well. Maybe Mossmen but maybe not.

Hucka D.:

Yes, that one place you found is an interesting place. Jeogeot.

bb:

No, I’m talking about RL (Real Lyfe)… Frank Park.

Hucka D. (innocently):

Oh… ok.

bb:

Should I name it Jeogeot in RL?

Hucka D.:

Why not. Maybe, um, just Geo or Geot. Toegoej. Tojo. Nah.

bb:

I think I’ll take some toy cars there and play around a bit. Nice ambient noise from the nearby stream as well. Strange thing today, Hucka D.: the stream seemed to get louder and louder as I sat on the rock above it at Jeogeot… no, we’re going to have to think of another name for it, Hucka D. Jeogeot in RL and SL at once is too confusing.

Hucka D.:

You could call it, er, Rabbit Hole. (smiles) Or Rabbittown. That’s where Jeogeot surfaces.

bb:

Is it a home, then, for Mossmen? Perhaps Gene Fade himself? Let me see… this would be fairly far, still, from Mocksity, and also Notherton.

Hucka D.:

Not that far from Notherton. I can see Gene Fade being attracted to this particular spot. Take him there… see what the toy remembers about the toy avatar. (pause) Spend the day there. Take more pictures. The toys will give a property [sic?] perspective.

bb:

Hold on…

*****

bb:

It’s quite a complicated area, Hucka D.

Hucka D.:

Yes. Go back.

bb:

Right. Your catch phrase… one of ’em.

Hucka D.:

Gene Fade would have been attracted to just such a spot. Access to meadow and mountain… bald at the time. He was the one who piled the rocks up there.

bb:

I have a feeling we’re not going to talk about Rubi versus Sunklands tonight.

Hucka D.:

It’s not as important as Frank and Herman Parks tonight. After all…

bb:

Yes. Gene Fade *transitioned* from Jeogoet, RL to Jeogeot, SL? But I have to think of a better name for Jeogeot in RL, the “one” in Frank Park, Hucka D.

Hucka D.:

Call it Farmborough.

bb:

Good enough! Farmborough it is.

Hucka D.:

Farmtownville. FTV.

bb:

How about Teasdale? Just so I’ll remember the SL location through this.

Hucka D.:

Good. Now about Sunklands… you’ll stay. You must find out about Gene Fade in SL. This is where he made the transition… in Teasdale. Teas. 2 Teas. 2 E 2 E.

bb:

Easdale?

*****

bb:

Sorry, Hucka D. I was editing my stupid Facebook account. I don’t get it (as I say in my profile).

Hucka D. (sighing):

It will soon go the way of the CB radio, true enough. How many friends does one really want? Privacy will once again come to the fore. Now it’s, wow, I can talk to anyone in the world and in a group manner!

bb:

Almost took the words out of my mouth about this subject, Hucka D. Amazing how you can do that.

Hucka D.:

You wish to speak to Plant and Marty tonight? Just for reassurances?

bb:

Sure!

Plant:

Howdy.

bb:

Plant! Mr. Plant. Good to hear from you.

Plant.

Hi. Yes, we will still speak to you but more as a group entity. (pause)

bb:

Petemond?

Plant:

Yes. Marty and I have resolved all differences. Sunklands is truly born now. Interesting about Teasdale and Easdale in your Frank Park.

bb:

Yes, isn’t it. So Mr. Plant… you were born in Nowtown, destroyed Zen City at least once, maybe thrice, moved to Sternberg or worked in Sternberg (lived in X-ville?), sang there a bit, met Page but decided to give up Led Zeppelin career in this variant reality and move to Sunklands with the Zeppelin Tube. There you planted it in the middle of Big Sink to resonant with Joplin Ball/Sphere of Temple of TILE. You met Marty, who you originally “cornered” on one side of Big Sink but who eventually tricked you by becoming all Residents… The Residents.

Plant:

In the end I… we… surround him, though. We contained him for this one special event. The birth of Sunklands.

bb:

Jeogeot is South America?

Plant:

*Yes.* (pause)

bb:

Marty here?

Plant:

I am Marty as well. One in all.

bb:

Then you are not really Plant.

Plant:

No. I am Sunklands. But Plant as well. And Marty.

bb:

(pause) What about Petemond?

Plant:

We have a Peter’s Mound here, true enough. And Piedmont figures in here. Virgo and Pisces. Vigo and Prices.

bb:

Prices is Frank Park (!)

Plant/Sunklands:

Yes. Interesting, huh?

bb:

I think I’ll put a model house on top of the rock at Teasdale or Easdale.

Plant/Sunklands:

COLOR. COLOUR.

bb:

Stairway to heaven.

(to be continued?)

* Hucka D. later indicated that the Jasper 09 collage speaks something about this transition. I wonder if the mossman in this picture is actually Gene Fade, though. Greener than Fade?

Teasdale

What Next?

Loose notes:

Want to work further on the 60x60x60 cube above Edwardston Station Gallery in Aotearoa, the so-called — so far — Edwardston Station Skygallery, because it *contained* the second copy of the entire 10×10 on the property (again: my definition of an “Edwardston Station Gallery” is a container for this 10×10 work of 100 collages, completed last spring). Well, the collages have been deleted, and further changes to the structure have been made, namely, the moving of the entire Temple of TILE into the square but formerly empty *center* of the 60x60x60 cube. I’m digging the interference the two different angled structures are creating, but, long term, I’m not sure what to put into such a structure. Is it worth the effort? Is it but a symbol of something else, similarly complicated, that I should be working on? Like synchronicity studies? Probably the latter, according to my present judgment.

Another idea is to blend the two together… make this a kind of private gallery that others can go into and look around if they wish, but not having some kind of overall map that would stitch everything together. This is the elephant in the room. COLORS… TILE. 4 directions.

What is the center of Heartland, USA? Is it Arkansas, as Hucka D. likes to say. Or is it Missouri, favored or championed by his former, bitter rival Grassy Noll? Will Grassy again show up in this blog and hold conversations with me/us?

What means this “crop circle” in an unknown location? (credited to Dixey Pisnar) It seems to be an amalgamation of Disney and Pixar names. There’s only one more mention of these names combined on the web I can google today.

What I’m Leaning Towards…

Just so you’ll know…

To the subject…

(What I’m leaning towards…) is getting rid of the Aotearoa property until the Rubi situation is resolved, and just renting in Teasdale and X-ville. Rent runs out at both Aotearoa and Teasdale at about the same time. This will be a temporary suspension of the Edwardston Station Gallery (and, by implication, the virtual display of the 10×10) until it finds a new home. I’m very pleased with the new look of the ESG, and think I want to keep it in a new location, which means having at least 3 1024s of square shape, most likely. This *could* be in Rubi. It could even be on my old Noru properties, the place I spend the bulk of May 15 – Sep 15 at. That was 4 months, just as long as I spent in Rubi last year and also Azure Islands (Gliese) just before Rubi. However nice Aotearoa is now, it could change in a heartbeat with a new mall. On the other hand, I could just wait out Aotearoa to see who moves in. If I give up Aotearoa I won’t get another chance there, most likely.

Marty and Plant have apparently resolved all differences and now represent a fused personality, perhaps of Sunklands itself in some way.

I think I’m going to have to go back and reread all blog posts since the move to Aotearoa, perhaps since the discovery of Sunklands.

I don’t think a move to Maebaleia that I’ve also speculated on through this blog will be the solution to my situation.

Work on maps again. That’s becoming neglected. Blog within a blog again, perhaps.

“Hucka D., come in Hucka D.”

Hucka D.:

I am here for you [as usual].

bb:

You, I suppose, can’t really recommend anything for me at this point.

Hucka D.:

Rubi could be ideal.

bb:

But not Noru…

(no response)

bb:

I think I’ll just go ahead and plan for that to happen, if not now then in the future sometime. But the Mythos connection seems too odd. Must think of Mythos again, Hucka D. COLORS. TILE.

Hucka D.:

You know what I want to say.

bb:

But you’ll stay here and talk to me. Won’t you?

Hucka D.:

We can’t give up on the 10×10. Rent a 1024 and stick the 30x30x30 version of the ESG on it. Like you had, well, in, um… let’s see…

bb:

I can’t remember either [the last location]. What of the Temple [of TILE]?

Hucka D.:

Again, you know what I’m going to say.

bb:

[That] I always have it in my heart.

Hucka D.:

You know now what would be ideal. Put the front back on the temple.

bb:

Thank you.

*****

Hucka D., I have this feeling that Rubi is not going to be available for a while.

Hucka D.:

Perhaps ever. What are your other options?

bb:

(breathes out) 1024 in, um, Sunklands?

Hucka D.:

Closer.

Decisionss…

Circumstances drew me to the Angelfalls sim. Realized what it meant — Rubi will not be available. New adventures still await. Russell.

Checked out 2048 parcel near Chilbo (southwest corner of Kiuek sim) to rent with this view. Strange lights flew by me twice here. Also looked at old property in Noru. Decided against going back to premium account and buying 2 parcels totalling 8192 in Noru, including my old one and another 3072.

You know, the connection between this Highway 44 shop right next to my Aotearoa property and Teasdale/X-ville never hit me until tonight. Shops are also located in those 2 communities.

I think I’ve decided to stay for a least through X-mas. Would be hard to downsize and then upsize again with all the advantages, still, of this particular parcel. Sunklands, eh?

Sunklands:

Ok. We’re good.

bb:

Are you Plant and Marty merged?

Sunklands:

I am Sunklands, da. Uniko pre ubi wan tibu or tubi s… rubi… sssss.

bb:

You’re obviously Petemond as well.

Sunklands:

Or rinko starr robi tu essen ralli o talli or eno be kan rinkle lee bee lee bee.
