Quick answer: Probably not a lot more. 30 separate structures already (!).
Some more pics, then:
Just as of yesterday or day before, New Pietmond, or what I alternately, for now, call the SoSo Village (more on that in a moment-o), has seen the addition of a number of sidewalks, including this one running beside the newly placed Sink Lair Gallery in the northwest corner of my presently owned property (formerly occupied by trees). Great view toward the skyscrapers (Big Boy, Tower of A. Mann, Tower of TILE) in the eastern part of the town, eh?
Btw, I think I’ll rename the Tower of TILE the TILE Tower to further differentiate the name from the nearby Tower of A. Man… since the conversion to “A. Mann Tower” for the latter doesn’t seem to work as well.

New cottage on the western edge of town, another freebie find, as are the great majority of New Pietmond structures. I believe this cottage will be a (pretend) rental, and I might know who the first tennant will be. More soon on that as well!

Baker Bloch sits on the front steps of the as yet unoccupied “West Cottage”, staring toward Orange House and Obelisk Park in the distance. That’s where all this Pietmond renewal business began not even quite a month ago, although it seems considerably longer since so much has happened in the meantime here. Exciting times in New Pietmond for sure.

Another shot from beside the West Cottage toward the skyscrapers.

This was an amazing freebie find, and I was honored to visit what I assume was the original location for this Tooter Claxton build in Heterocera continent’s Calleta sim, more famous for being the home of Arcadia Asylum slum village. I’ve incorporated a number of her slum structures in New Pietmond.
Oh cool: Just re-found a post on Tooter Claxton’s own blog about his structure pictured below. Check it out.

I switched on the midday environment so that you the reader can see the details of the “hobo squat” a bit better.

To make room for Hobo Squat or HQ for short (center background), I had to move the Home o’ Fibs formerly occupying that space to the area formerly occupied by the House of Truth (left), the latter which I moved more toward the center of New Pietmond (right) instead of merely deleting it. Too nice of a build to just tuck back into my inventory somewhere. Neat that I could create a picture with all 3 builds involved in the move at once. The central structure between the 3 buildings just mentioned is the Sink Lair Gallery, also newly installed as stated before — just attempting to give some perspective of all the changes here.

More new stuff: a kind of main entrance into the town has been created, leading from the northern edge of my parcel into its central district. After experimenting with installing what would become the West Cottage in the place of Fleep’s Cottage (right) I decided to keep the latter in this location, along with its bordering azalea bushes. Across the new sidewalk from it stands another grunge garage for the town, a freebie offered on the Second Life Marketplace by Karyn’s Chopper Parts, billing itself as, “the first and number one motorcycle supply store of Second Life.” Karyn’s shop was also the source of the freebie Hole in the Wall dive bar that I’ll get to in just a minute.

Karyn’s Garage again.

How big will New Pietmond get? 02
