Around Rubi

Baker Bloch revisiting the ins and outs of The Diagonal, discovered way back in 2008 during my first stay in the area. Still seems quite profound and has dated well. Here he stands once more at Rubi 097 097 097, a spot that seems, er, way overbooked or… overloaded… with importance. These numbers mean that Baker stands 97 meters up from the southern border of Rubi, 97 meters east of its western border, and 97 meters above the bottom of the virtual world (absolute zero), all at once. But Zarek’s roller coasters and gallery have long since been deleted from this area — the whole of Rubi has turned into a type of ghost sim, with no avatar activity present atall except for the occasional visitor to the woods, I’m guessing.

Snapshot107_013

The southwest corner of Rubi, which also represents the southwestern point of The Diagonal, where it terminates in this direction at the corners of Rubi, Sikkima, Rosieri, and Hector. Cocoala (aka Coke)’s land use to be straight in front of Baker here (in Rosieri), and has also been derezzed for quite some time now.

Snapshot107_014

But one thing about all those old Rubi mythology notes has come true in the intervening years, for a strand of the SLRR has indeed approached the Rubi Forest in the meantime. I assume this marks the lower edge of the pre-Linden Sylver Forest as well, and also the lower edge of New Pietmond, Sikkima, only more recently deleted by myself (Feb. 2013). New Pietmond’s energy has effectively been transferred to VWX Town less than 2 sims to the north (and on the opposite side of the Rubi Forest from it), with the Power Tower Gowlery and its Gilatona-Lis collages being the main difference maker in the meantime.

A map of all present Heterocera continent galleries, according to the wonderful Sasun Steinbeck gallery database at least. I’ve reinforced the location of VWX Town and its Power Tower Gowlery with a pin.

Below we have Baker Bloch re-examining the 4th collage of the Jasper series in a supplemental gallery to the Power Tower Gowlery in VWX Town, still unnamed. He’s remembering the association made between it and the Cliffs of Dundee in Whitehead Crossing, or is doing so through me.

Snapshot108_001

In looking at other pictures in the same gallery, he’s also reminded that this collage, the 7th of the same series, comes partially from inworld pictures directly linked to Rubi’s The Diagonal. Interesting!

Snapshot108_004

Still just bumming around VWX Town this night, Baker Bloch then finds himself at that mystery knoll topped with a Linden eucalyptus tree coupled with a trojan warrior statue. He thinks back to The Diagonal, once more, and how one can disappear inside just such a tree in the Rubi Woods at location 125 125 098. He also understands that the center of the Rubi sim (128/128/098) lies just beyond the tree, and sees that the trojan warrior also seems to have freshly emerged from the eucalyptus tree on this knoll. Very curious and probably meaningful. Hafta think about that more.

VWX Town: Creek, Road, Seal, More! 02

(continued from VWX Town: Creek, Road, Seal, More! 01)

Although this main road into the heart of VWX Town has been in place for a couple of days, only last night did its formerly gray blocks turn gold and become associated with Elton John’s Goodbye Yellow Brick Road album and also its title track. Check out the juxtaposition of album displaying billboard with the yellow brick road and the similarly golden VWX Town road below it.

Snapshot104_017

And the Goldie statue is also nearby, opposite the side of the road with the billboard.

Snapshot104_018

VWX Town’s Golden Road in relation to the likewise new stream discussed in the last post.

Snapshot104_022

Back on the Golden Road, we shortly come across a park ranger and his biker friend while heading into the heart of town and its Power Tower Gowlery. For now, the biker, upon responding to the ranger’s question about the location of this gallery, says to just, “Follow those robots!”. This dialog appears as hover text above their heads, which doesn’t show up in “normal” SL photos such as this one.

Snapshot104_023

Last night I rezzed a bridge leading from the end of the Golden Road (just beyond the park ranger and biker) almost directly to the entrance of the Power Tower Gowlery to aid navigation. Seems like a natural, logical addition.

Snapshot104_025

Resting a bit from his creative binging this night, Baker Block takes in the view of the Rubi Forest from the balcony area of the Home o’ Fibs, situated on the west side of my property, and also on the west end of the Tyta sim. Baker looks in a southwesternly direction.

Snapshot104_026

Also added last night is this second bit of Golden Road, mostly covered in grass & ground now. But one must assume that this was a functional road as well some time in the “past”. It points to the grey seal perched on part of the Power Tower Gowlery, directly to its east.

Snapshot104_028

In the other direction (west) the old road seems to lead to this mound mentioned before, topped with yet another golden-ish item within VWX Town: the trojan warrior found in New Pietmond, Pietmond, and elsewhere in my virtual villages down through the years now. Actually I think it may have first been rezzed in 2011-2012 Pietmond, sometime before the new year.

Snapshot104_029

We close with two shots from the Hole in the Wall bar, the first showing Baker Bloch staring out at the Rubi Forest and the Tower of TILE just beyond…

Snapshot104_033

… and the second with him gazing at the head of the long, virtual stream I just concocted.

VWX Town: Creek, Road, Seal, More! 01

This represents one of the few creeks I’ve ever set up on my land, and by far the longest. I don’t have a title for it yet, but does this represent a virtual version of *Whitehead Brook*? More on that in a moment.

Below, Baker Bloch stands at the head of the stream, just below the Hole in the Wall bar of VWX Town (right). Its rock lined flow directly parallels the Linden Road alongside my property, beginning at Rubi 203 254 107 and ending at Rubi 075 255 098. These numbers mean that the stream is 128 meters long (exactly 1/2 a sim!), the beginning and end are precisely east and west of each other, and the stream descends a total of about 9 meters along its course. It also runs along the extreme northern border of the Rubi sim, shared with Tyta.

Snapshot104_003

Below the Hole in the Wall bar, the stream passes beneath the Sink Lair Gallery, then beside the House of Truth, the still unnamed skyscraper gallery with the Wheeler-Jasper collage series, the presently named Norris Temple (name subject to change soon), terminating at the Coolie Building, which is the last building I believe I’ve set up in VWX Town. It appears just to sink into the ground at the corner of this structure, reminding one of the Synching Creek of the S.C.D.M.A. just visited this past weekend by the wife and I.

I should also mention here that the stream has two prominent drops, which logically divides it into 3 parts. The first begins at the head or source — Rubi 203 254 107, again — and ends at Rubi 179 255 102. The second starts at the end of the first (Rubi 179 255 102) and continues to Rubi 090 255 100. The third completes the journey with ranges Rubi 090 255 100 to Rubi 075 255 098. Again interpreting these numbers, it means that the stream kicks off in fashion with an original sloped segment of 24 meters that descends 5 meters, stabilizes within a much longer middle section of 90 meters where it remains relatively flat, and then culminates with another segment of 15 meters where the water drops an additional 2 meters before sinking into the ground at the Coolie Building’s south corner.

Snapshot104_005

Snapshot104_006
End of stream at corner of VWX Town’s Coolie Building.

Snapshot104_032

Snapshot104_007
South side of the Norris Temple.

Below we find Baker Bloch sitting on the upper porch of the House of Truth, enjoying the stream. The purple crystals mark the end of Drop #1. The House of Truth is also the only structure which directly *faces* the stream. I actually tried to turn the House of Truth away from the flow, but it didn’t seem to work as well. House and stream here appear intimately tied.

Snapshot104_009

Snapshot104_010

If the house *had* been turned the other way, it would have faced another new object in VWX Town: a large grey seal or sea lion perched atop one of the rectangular building segments of the Power Tower Gowlery. In checking it out in real time now, the peak of the gabled house would be directly south of the seal’s head.

Snapshot104_011

This grey seal is obviously, in my mind, a representation of Whitehead Crossing’s pivotal Grey Rock and topping Seal Stone — Grey Seal in toto. More on that soon as well, as the story continues to develop.

VWX Town!

Preliminary tour of VWX Town. I have my now central Power Tower Gowlery complete with all the Gilatona-Lis collages set up near the back middle of the village, and also the supplemental galleries surround it now, just like they did in PTG Town currently being emptied. There include the still unnamed gallery containing the Wheeler-Jasper series (another skyscraper), and the Sink Lair Gallery. However, the Quadtower of TILE has *not* been moved from PTG Town to VWX Town, since a version of the Baker Bloch in England exhibit already exits *directly across the Rubi Forest* from VWX Town in the *Tower of TILE*. That was another attraction in buying the Tyta land.

Below we have the current interior to another skyscraper rezzed in VWX Town named Big Boy or Big Boy Tower, first appearing in Pietmond of Otaki Gorge. In the center exits a watery whirlpool created by Aley, who vends a huge variety of SL marketplace products, most for absolutely free — maybe all of ’em. Here’s a link to her AleyMart! store.

Main entrance into VWX Town, eventually taking you to the Power Tower Gowlery projecting high in the background. Notice that the Goldie statue atop the Hole in the Wall bar has also made the transfer from PTG Town.

Snapshot102_005

Another statue transferred from other virtual locations: it’s Aley’s trojan warrior freebie, similarly golden like Goldie, and now standing atop a small and probably mysterious knoll on the west side of town.

Looking over the Rubi Forest from VWX Town toward the aforementioned Tower of TILE and, beyond it, the empty sink basin of Sikkima. Yes, I’m just that close to the winter location of New Pietmond (!).

Snapshot102_020

VWX Town skyline from the TILE Tower. Very nice.

Snapshot102_017

Snapshot102_021

VWX Town has some advantages over my fall/winter New Pietmond project. Although the Power Tower existed in New Pietmond, Sikkima (its original rezzing spot), the Gilatona-Lis series was only about a third of the way over when I deleted the town there. Now Gilatona-Lis is completed, along with the attached Power Tower Gowlery itself; a new centerpiece of my virtual world. New Pietmond had several other skyscrapers, but the 2 tallest after the Power Tower contained basically nothing within. VWX Town seems more functional. Will guest artists return to my newest of virtual villages? We’ll see.

VWX Town?

Snapshot101_002

Well, I went ahead and took the plunge: I am now a Linden premium member once more (last one of these in Jan.), and have also bought 8704 square meters of land in Tyta right next to the famed Rubi Forest. Don’t know if this was a foolish thing to do (land cost me a bit over 23 dollars) but it’s done. Not even sure I’ll keep the land into June, since I’ll be on vacation half that month and away from any internet access most likely. But I think it’s worth it — gorgeous land and view. Downside: it’s a thin strip of land, mostly 48 meters deep with some parts at 42 meters. Upside: It’s quite long, and the length borders the road next to the Rubi Forest, which means protected land all in front of me. That was the attraction. I’ve actually owned part of the land I own now before, when I first came to the Rubi area and mainland in general in Fall 2008. Seems like a really really long time ago now. At that time, my big parcel was across the Rubi Forest from where I currently own, and was composed of 3072 square meters in an “L” shape. Then somewhere along the line I found out I could own 1536 meters more without bumping up my tier payment, so I first purchased along the Great Wall of Heterocera in Ziczac, if I remember correctly, and then gave that up after about a month for land in Tyta, where I built a version of the Edwardston Station Gallery, complete with a small subway station and history gallery. Actually, let me see if I can dig up a link about that build.

Around Rubi, 01

Oh cool, I see that I own the land that my RL and SL friend Flynn use to own in Tyta (second snapshot in that link). Hafta tell her about it, if she doesn’t read about it in this blog post first.

And I’m also reminded from that post that I also owned the land immediately bordering my present parcel to the west, a 4096 sq. meter affair in the Horisme sim adjacent to the south entrance for the Great Wall. This would be in the summer of 2009, or when I first became involved in the Jeogeot continent (where I owned a similar sized chunk of land at the time). But that didn’t last long — several weeks. And I didn’t own the 2008 Tyta parcel for too long either.

Home.

This post describes another parcel I bought in Rubi in summer 2010, which I did manage to hold onto for at least several months. To compare: the present parcel is over twice as big (8704 as opposed to 4096), and cost about a third of what I paid back in 2010. But both were long strips of land, with lengthy borders along the Rubi Forest. My present land also reminds me of a parcel I briefly held in the Baddest sim of Nautilus.

Strangely I don’t have a post for the 2009 version of the ESG in Tyta. Instead I have several for the Wright Gallery, like this one…

Abominable…

Kidd’n Around

Snapshot100_004

“A man (or woman) offered me a spot on his land to move the Kidd Tower (at Middletown, Jeogeot), Hucka D. Interesting — probably is highlighting the Kidd Tower for me in a meaningful, synchy way.”

Hucka D.:

We would rather you have the Kidd Tower up and running at this time. Which means…

bb:

Buying mainland again?

Hucka D.:

Rubi looks nice.

bb:

Yes. Very tempting. But there’s also Aotearoa.

Snapshot100_001

Hucka D.:

Which would you choose?

bb:

Rubi, probably. Or I could just move up in tier and keep renting. (pause)

—–

bb:

I’m simply not going to make a decision right now. Maybe at the beginning of May. But that’s when I start focusing on crop circles.

Hucka D.:

See if the gentleman or gentlewoman allows you to move the Kidd Tower and go from there.

—–

I can expand a bit more on the Rubi mythology, last furthered considerably by Sikkima’s New Pietmond. The energy has returned to Rubi. And I still have a build there, one of the last that I possess outside my rental land. All others have been purged when the Lindens set all objects on abandoned land to five minute return (to owner). So I have nothing left in Otaki Gorge, nothing in Maeshill, nothing in Noru, and so on. There’s no vestiges left of Pietmond or Teepot. All I have is the traveling show known as New Pietmond, but in my rental land presently I’m not even calling it that — just PTG Town, which stands for Power Tower Gowlery’s Town. And that’s what it is: a supplement to the now central Power Tower Gallery holding the Gilatona-Lis collages. But if I return to Rubi, then New Pietmond will be reborn. Or is this VWX Town (Virtual Whitehead X-ing Town)? Sikkima is too expensive to buy back.

Woods are closing up again now. Must think of shift to virtual reality, perhaps, like I did with Lion’s Roar > New Pietmond last Fall. Perfect spot found, maybe. Hucka D. seems to be leaving me alone with this decision. (pause) Looks like rain until Tuesday…

Whitehead X-ing Notes 02

I believe the Mossmen knew of their relation with Mormons (Latter Day Saints) when coming into contact with The Bees of Greenhead at the top of the Korean Channel. The Bees may have made them aware of this. “You are like The Mormons”, they explained, and said the Mormons, when finding The Bees, knew they had reached Zion or the Promised Land. “We will show you everything about this land because it has been prophesized that you would come,” The Bees then said. “But there is one more to enter,” which turned out to be Whitehead or Blue Skies Mr. “For The Mormons, the prophet was at the beginning of their history. For you Mossmen, the prophet only surfaces at the end of your journey, after you found your own Zion here at [Whitehead X-ing]. Now we only have to wait.” And wait they did, for — years, until Rock’s Rocketship crash landed at the top of the Korean Channel. A fairy from Maine enters Whitehead Crossing at the same time, and establishes a home to the east of Green Stream from the crash site. The Bees have prepared Little Whitehead for the coming, creating the Green Turtle (for example). Rock would see the Green Turtle, and know he had entered 3 (Edward Stone) beyond 2 (Seal Stone). He had reached Home. The Emerald was also prepared there. The bridge at Green Turtle/Edward Stone as well. Rock knew he had to create Home on this finger of land between Whitehead and Little Whitehead. The Fairy had already left the area, but was the first settler. The Fairy exited (east) as Rock entered (west). Rock sorta kinda took his place. This was the only way Fairy could escape in first place? Fairy put out an ad: come to Whitehead Crossing and replace me and allow me to be set free. Well, he probably disguised the “being trapped” part. But Rock was eager to take a role in the cosmos, and applied from his home in Syncher Creek Designated Mystery Area (designated afterwards). “Your grave becomes the grave of the Unknown” at Dogpatch, explains Fairy to Rock, after Fairy is set free. They talk via “telephone”. Dial phone.

The Mossmen would spread out and settle the whole Korean Channel and beyond, much like the Mormons spread out and settled the Mormon Corridor.

One was able to first dial a telephone at “4 Sticks” in Whitehead Metro Area. White Rock is like an illuminated finger doing the dialing. White Rock is a pencil doing the dialing. A Rock and Roller answers. It’s Elton, but not to be confused with Elton John. But it still could be Elton John if you know what I mean (I don’t).

http://www.myspace.com/video/bart/marc-warren-as-elton-pope-on-love-monsters/57569781

Okay, and roller skates sung about in that 6+ minute video (!)

“What did you say you were?” ask The Bees, already snickering. “Mossmen” came the answer. “Mossmons?” came The Bee’s reply, pretending to misunderstand. More snickering. Main Mossman (Mossmain) said, “no”, without humor. “I said Moss*men*”. The Bee clicked and shook his head. “So close, so close, what a shame.” The Main Bee (Hucka?) looked over his should at the others, then returning, saying “Because the bees and I.. we’ll, we thought it might be *Mormons*.” All The Bees erupted into full laughter, some doubled over, some on the ground rolling. The Main Bee then attempted to explain: “You don’t get it. This has happened all before, Mossmons”, for the Main Bee was to joking refer to the Mossmen as Mosmons from now on, always to laughter or giggling or snickering if other bees were accompanying him. “Who are these Morrmons?” returned Mossmain, who also shook his head but out of confusion instead of mock indignation.

Summary of what happened next:

The Bee explained that the Mormon’s prophet came at the beginning, but for the Mossmen it was at the end, after they had already found their personalized geographicalized Zion. (NOTE: Zion mentioned in HT a little before the “Korean Channel”).

Whitehead X-ing Notes 01

The Emerald (seemingly permanent green grass atop Little Whitehead Ridge) changed from Evergreen at some point.

—–

Thinking of carving an image into 4 Sticks’ Stick’s End, inspired by some pictures here:

http://www.flickr.com/photos/stixncanes/page2/

The area is directly related to the “4 Sticks” song by Led Zeppelin from their ZoSo or 4th album:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Four_Sticks

“4 Sticks” is also a track used in Carrcass-3.*

So the 4 parallel sticks in 4 Sticks can be directly related to drum sticks per the wikipedia article on the track.

Only US Sticks near Stiltz in PA. Both are on Lineboro topo map as well, and are alphabetically next to each other in the total list of 62 pop places of this map.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stilts

Sticks and stilts are both lines. Lineboro on Mason-Dixon Line, hence name. This line is the same as the MD/PA border. Stiltz is on this same line. Whitehead X-ing’s 4 Sticks sticks or limbs are *lined* up in a horizontal row on the forest floor. Stilts in contrast are vertical when in use.

Playing drums w/ 4 sticks and walking long distances with stilts are both remarkable and improbable feats.

—–

NOTE: Create or xerox/copy Mythos map with Emerald Province and Edwardston, Green Turtle, Sealson, et al.

Copy same from “Notebook I”, with analysis. In that early or basically “first” notebook (1981), Sealston is assoc. with the number 2, and Edwardston with the following number of 3. 2 represents exteriorization from 1 (Confederation/Mythos), and elsewhere in the notebook connected with Earth’s moon as similar gravitational escape. Sealston in Whitehead X-ing terminology translated to Seal Stone, as Edwardston does to Edward Stone. 3 follows 2 as stabilization of exteriorization. Numbers 2 and 3 may transfer as well. Edwardston traditional 3rd largest city of Wazob, and on 3-4-5 golden triangle with Gillalex (4) and Calypso (5), fully transferring Confederation (Mythos) energy to Wazob, it seems.

—–

4 sticks of PA/MD straddling Mason-Dixon line:

lineboro03

2 lines (2 sticks each, seemingly), horizontal and vertical, are traditional sticks (on ground) and stilts (perpendicular to ground). But Sticks, PA is on vertical line here, indicating stilts, and Stiltz is on horizontal line with Lineboro, and on Mason-Dixon Line (very famous line, or archetypal line). Could represent off (stilts off, thus laying horizontally on ground) and on (stilts in use, thus perpendicular to ground).

Roller is the 4th element here and appears to stand for roller skates (or roller blades), another archaic means of transportation like stilts, but sans sticks in this case.

Mason is north (blue) as Dixon is south through Dixie (gray). Confusion of up/down/right/left(wrong) in our US of A, like during the Civil War.

Very interesting as well that Roller + population place comes up with 5 entries in GNIRPS (new name!), the one near Lineboro in the above map, and then one which instantly stood out among the other four, in a Mason & Dixon County also in Maryland (like Roller), but 1 whole longitude degree to the west. The primary name for this population place is Fairview Mills, also known as Fairview Roller Mills (and hence the appearance). Both are on almost the same latitude line as well. Very funny that Rockdale is by far the nearest village, and Fairview Mills itself is on Rockdale Creek. Indication: rock and roller or rollers, like certainly Led Zeppelin members were in their times. Also on the ZoSo album is the track “Rock and Roll”.

Now check *this* out (just found): “Rock and Roll” and “Four Sticks” are intimately tied together during the recording of ZoSo:

Led Zeppelin guitarist Jimmy Page has said that this song came to be written as a spontaneous jam session, whilst the band were trying (and failing) to finish the track “Four Sticks”.[1][2] Drummer John Bonham played the introduction to Little Richard’s “Keep a Knockin'” and Page added a guitar riff.[3] The tapes were rolling and fifteen minutes later the basis of the song was down.[4] Said Page:

We were recording another number [Four Sticks]; we’d just finished a take and John Bonham did the drum intro and we just followed on. I started doing pretty much half of that riff you hear on Rock n Roll and it was just so exciting that we thought, “let’s just work on this”. The riff and the sequence was really immediate to those 12-bar patterns that you had in those old rock songs like Little Richard, etc, and it was just so spur-of-the-moment the way that it just came together more or less out of nowhere.[2]

Do you sense the synch energy spread’n out??

*I* was having trouble nailing down an interpretation of Sticks/Stiltz/Lineboro/Roller, with Roller the last addition. I knew it somehow represented “4 Sticks”. Then in GNIRPing Roller, found the Fairview Mills “Roller” strongly assoc. with “Rock”, and made the link with Zep’s “Rock and Roll”. Then in googling “Rock and Roll” found the intimate connection with “4 Sticks” from the same album, which was likewise “interrupted” by “Rock” and “Roll” as it were. Make sense?

OH, and Rock and Roll/4 Sticks were released on same single as side a and b respectively. How peculiar!

—–

* Lyrics:

Oh baby it’s cryin’ time
Oh baby I got to fly.

Got to try to find a way
Got to try to get away

‘Cause you know I gotta get away from you babe.
Oh baby the river’s red oh baby in my head.
There’s a funny feelin’ goin’ on
I don’t think I can hold out long.

And when the owls cry in the night
Oh baby baby when the pines begin to cry
Baby baby baby how do you feel?
If the river runs dry, baby, how do you feel?

Craze, baby, the rainbow’s end, Mmm, baby, it’s just a den
For those who hide, who hide their love to depths of life
And ruin dreams that we all knew so, babe.

Goals/Projects.

Tempted to buy more Second Life land, currently, bumping up to an 8192 or maybe even a 8192 + 4096 if I continue to rent. This would only be feasible if I either rented all this land, or either the 8192 or 4096. Last year about this time is when I founded Carrcassone on the Maebaleia continent, with 8704 square meters of space. But it only lasted 2 months, and in the second month I didn’t work on it much at all, even. Probably looking at the same situation for a new space.

The other option is just keep renting my 4096 + 1024 and delete all but the Power Tower Gowlery, using the rest as a sandbox in prep for VWX-Town.

The woods will close up soon, as poison ivy sprouts (saw my first sprigs yesterday will hiking up Greene Knob), and bugs and snakes and such come out in force. Nevertheless I am going to attempt to keep visiting Whitehead X-ing, take more pics and develop more mythology, maybe even create some collages based on my photos of the place. Whitehead X-ing is long term; very excited about recent developments such as expounded on especially in this post just below.

In other subjects, I plan to finish up typing out The High Octave Story in the next week or so, then start on Edna’s Altanta story fragment and/or Merging Tracks. Edna is typing up her part of our projected collaboration as well (“Bark”). Maybe we’ll have the bare bones in place before our England trip.

Must also think of the carrcasses. Thinking of re-creating Billfork even before we leave. Work on The Table. Carrcass-8 is coming up, but probably not until we get back. Don’t bump up on Netflix before then.

Return to Wiltshire via Google Earth in early May. Join crop circle archive and study maps of where crop circles have formed down through the years. Read more circle material — finish Lamb book. Start reading Faulkner. Don’t start any more collage series right now. Keep working on woodsy mythology around here — push it as far as possible but not too far.

“Another…

… possible name source for Whitehead X-ing is this moss covered rock with white quartz, perched above Little Whitehead, and downstream from a similarly perched Edward Stone and its Green Turtle, Hucka D.

A rock beside it also has a prominent spot of white quartz. The shape of this quartz marking may also be important. A fish?

Of course, the name could come from White Rock next to what I’m perceiving to be Seal Stone, or one of 2 prominent candidates for this stone.

IMG_0013smaller
Seal Stone (left) and Grey Rock (right); or is Seal Stone instead the topping rock of Grey Rock?

Hucka D.:

Either one. You know Edward Stone is the stone with Green Turtle on its upper side. Named for Edward I, who was in the area.

We also call the ever-green grass in the center of the ridge separating Whitehead Brook and Little Whitehead The Emerald, Hucka D. Logical decision, given that Mythos’ Edwardston, with its prominent Green Turtle suburb, is also the largest city of Wazob’s Emerald Province. It’s also been identified with Oz’s Emerald City.

Hucka D. (reinforcing):

Logical.

It could be that Grey Rock itself was called Seal Stone in the past, Hucka D. The topping rock, or the rock on top of the rock, could have instead been Grey Rock, or just Grey. And if Seal Stone is this topping rock, does it *open up*? What’s inside Grey Rock, Hucka?

Hucka D.:

Too many questions[ for now].
