“Think…

… I just need to relax tonight, Hucka D. Will continue the Latona analysis tomorrow, and perhaps finish it on Friday. Then it’s onto a Lis interpretation, which may now be complete as well. Probably is. (pause) Hucka?

Anyway, I must be pretty tired due to finishing the Lis series so quickly. 10 collages in a week! It seems to be the most polished of the 3 new series (Gila, Latona, Lis). I’m also working in GoogleEarth to create a map of the locations seen in the collages. I’ll talk about that soon. (another pause)

Woods are next! Daylight Savings Time kicks in on Sunday, and I’ll have spare daylight after work to explore. Norris reexamination might be first, since it is closer to home (?) But definitely Thrill (and Methril). And I suppose Bill Mountain again. (pause)

Another carrcass is always on the docket. Probably can wait until the summer, however — just finished Carrcass-8, a small but definitely synchy little bugger. Makes a nice companion to the much more complex Carrcass-7 from last summer, my most complex carrcass since 2007.

32 collages since Jan. 15… Probably will polish up a couple of the collages in the next several days as well. All should be finished by March 15 at the latest, and maybe as early as the first of next week. Will probably do a little pub for the resulting virtual gallery (Power Tower Gowlery). Of course few people will see it from an inworld perspective.

Avebury is a center for all 3 series, Gila, Latona, Lis. The only place where the locations of all 3 overlap. Gila focuses on Marlborough and locations between it and Hackpen Hill to the north. Lis focuses on Devices and then moves into the Alton Barnes area about 6 miles to the east. Latona, also the middle series between bookends Gila (first) and Lis (last), deals primarily with locations between those of Gila to the east/northeast and Lis to the west/southwest. There’s also a handful of collages that aren’t set in Wilshire, but the only one to my knowledge of the 32 of the 3 series that really has nothing at all to do with this English county on the surface is Latona 06, which is also maybe the smallest collage overall. Instead all those locations come from the US (Hayes Center, Nebraska; Mouse Island, Ohio). This is led into by the use of a Canada/Manitoba locations for Lis 05 (coupled with Hackpen Hill, once more). But then with Lis 07 I’m right back in England and Wiltshire and stay there for the remainder of Latona and also all the way through Lis.

Hucka D.:

That’s the point you started writing actual fiction as well, baker b. Good night to you. Sorry I was late. I’ve had a bad case of gingervitis I’ve been trying to get over. Did the bees in your dream sting you good? I wanted you to wake up.

bb:

Cool Hucka D. Nice to see you as well. There was a character we watched tonight that reminded me of you — Milky Joe.

Hucka D.:

He’s an ass. Oh, I hear the Luxury Comedy Show figured into your Lis series heavily. Good for you! You spotted TILE within and you worked with it. Great.

bb:

Thanks Hucka D. The trail was pretty easy to follow once found. Lis came pretty easy overall.

Hucka D.:

Do you think there could be *another* collage serise on top of it?

bb:

Doubtful Hucka D. I’ve already done more than I ever have in one single stretch. Plus it all seems to tie up neatly. Avebury is the only place where all 3 series overlap, and that’s the center of crop circle activity as well. And the last Avebury based collage shows crop circles.

Hucka D.:

In May, then, you will return to Wiltshire for more fun. Possibly in April. And then of course in June you go for real. You can’t back out now… you know that. I’ll be there to help you. Me and all the crew.

bb:

Thanks (pause) So I’ll continue the Latona interpretations tomorrow and then move into Lis. Should be lots of fun.

Hucka D.:

It will be. Of course I’ll be there as well. I also want to have fun!

bb:

*We’ll* have fun, then.

Hucka D.:

Yes. You better rest up.

bb:

Thanks.
