Latona Interpretations/Associations 05

(continued from Latona Interpretations/Associations 04)

We’re at “3 Beetle Love”, Hucka D.

Hucka D.:

Back in Wiltshire. You took this snapshot in Google Earth but didn’t realize that a heart shaped grove of saplings was in the center background. Later you did, and returned to this picture for collaging fun. Ringo Starr — ahem, Ingor Ratts returns for this one, and now accompanied by not only George Harrison but the one and only John Lennon himself, or at least his head.

bb:

But that’s Lemon.

Hucka D.:

Of course. Put up a pic.

bb:

So the “Introducing Lemon” is twice or sumtin appropriate here. Since Lemon — Lennon — is actually introduced to the Gilatona-Lis series through this collage.

Hucka D.:

His head fades in. Obviously we have some elements carried over from the former collage, “Central Hayes”.

bb:

Not sure if that’s the actual name[ of the collage] but go ahead.

Hucka D.:

We have Hayes himself, or at least his feet. His corndog holding hand now has been replaced by George Harrison’s, who instead holds the steamy dog. But Harrison’s head is in another place — just below Hayes’ feet. His head has been separated from his body. And it’s only half a head and half a body as well. You have recently been confusing Rutherford B. Hayes with Benjamin Harrison, a slightly later president of your US of A.

bb:

I have.

Hucka D.:

George Harrison’s head replaces the red spaceman head of the former collage — same color of red, or George has a red hat on at least [ like the spaceman dons a red space helmet]. The rooster teeth also reappear in 3 Beetle Love from Central Hayes. Along with part of the Big Chimney of Mouse Island, Ohio. And Mouse Island itself, of course, which has that peculiarly corndog shape — no cheer accident there. Now Harrison’s body actually covers part of the heart shaped grove in the backdrop. An article about that grove can be found in the above link.

bb:

Here it is again, Hucka D.

https://bakerbloch.wordpress.com/2013/02/17/oare/

I think Harrison’s half body equals half a heart, since it covers up the right half of the heart in the background in part. Like a broken heart or a lonely heart. Harrison is cut from the Sgt. Pepper album, along with Ringo and Lennon’s head. Suspiciously McCartney is not present here, the 4th Beetle as it were.

Hucka D.:

He’ll show up in the next series of collages however, or at least his head is there. And he’s been in so many already.

bb:

Gila 02, Gila 09, Latona 00…3 at least.

Hucka D.:

And Ringo?

bb:

Let’s see, Gila 02, Gila 08… also Gila 07. Zapple was with him in Gila 08, and then Zapple reappears without any accompanying Beetles this time in Latona 03 04.

Hucka D.:

Love the 3 Beetles. 3 Beetles love. No McCartney. No Mac.

bb:

The Cheer Accident cover becomes even more in parallel with the Sgt. Pepper album cover, Hucka D. Lennon shows up, and in the same relationship with Ringo’s head as occurs on Sgt. Pepper. The same for Harrison in respective to Lennon and Ringo, or at least his head part here. Oh, and the hand above McCartney’s head also returns.

Hucka D.:

It *throws* the heart from the album cover into the field. Don’t you think?

bb:

Could be.

Hucka D.:

Lennon appears here, without McCartney, and since this is Lennon’s one and only appearance in the Gilatona-Lis series, then it means he is never found with McCartney in this series. This goes against the Lennon-McCartney pairing all the Beetles records have tagged, or the ones composed by either one of the two of them, which is the vast majority.

bb:

Harrison wrote some, especially during their later period. “Something” comes to mind. A couple of others. But obviously he was frustrated and had a lot of songs in storage.

Hucka D.:

The presence of the window in the upper left corner, along with some room furniture, means we’ve never really left Ironmonger Lane in Marlborough, and we are actually inside instead of outdoors. In short, we are in a virtual reality, like GoogleEarth Streetview, say (smiles). Reality reality peeks through to the left. Physically, in Google Earth, we are south of West Woods but pretty close still. We are sort of in the same location as the top photo of Latona 02, as well as its dewpond toward the bottom. This is also the second to last time I’ll — you’ll use Streetview as the basis for a Gilatona-Lis collage, baker b. From now on the focus shifts toward Brian Marshall Roberts’ photos.

bb:

Well, again that’s Brian Robert Marshall, Hucka D.

Hucka D.:

Should we move into Latona 08 09 10, then?

bb:

We haven’t really talked that much about 3 Beetle Love yet.

Hucka D.:

Haven’t we? It’s the 3 Beetles sans McCartney. McCartney instead is projected in the fields of Wiltshire as a heart shaped grove, propelled by the hand that symbolically is united with his head elsewhere. The other 3 Beetles have all their heads here, and in the same position relative to Sgt. Pepper as the originals. Lennon — Lemon — decided he didn’t want to appear with McCartney, or else they work as a team, one without the other and the other without the one.

bb:

I’m still uncertain about the relationship between Apricot Bone and Sgt. Pepper. Is Apricot Bone a pretend band as well? I think you said before that it’s a Kinks variant band, like they also could have created in 1967. Instead they created the Village Green Preservation Society. “We are the Village Green Preservation Society”.

Hucka D.:

Apricot Bone is something else. Related to Pine Apple, Alabama and its Banana and Cherry Streets but more. Apricot is King Tull… 333. A tropic fruit.

bb:

We don’t seem to be answering much about what these collages actually speak of, Hucka D.

Hucka D.:

Oh we are in a way. I think we should move on.

So here it is. The end of the Latona series in one 3 part band. Er, bang. Bang All.

bb:

Do you want me to start.

Hucka D.:

Well it seems that we’ve covered a lot of this… I’ll let you dig up the link.

bb:

Yes, we’ve covered a lot of this in an early post here. There we interpreted the 3 collages as mainly the story of my trip to England this summer.

Hucka D.:

I’ll be going to. I’m already there and I’ll be going back as well. And probably returning home at the same time — all three. All Bang.

bb:

So is that it for the Latona series? Are we ready to delve into Lis?

Hucka D.:

I’m game if you’re game. I’m surprised you don’t have any additional comments about the triptych. Maybe you should look it over again.

bb:

Hmmm… Hayes in Latona 08 is the US of A still, an anchor in the background, and I am the Spaceman in the foreground, sniffing the Marlborough cigarette smoke offered by Selma Smipson. The smoking corndog has been set aside for now. The dog and Selma’s cigarette may even be one and the same.

Hucka D.:

They are desires. Cigarette smoking is an addiction. Corndogs are an addiction. The blue sunfish erupts from Hayes’ suit, meaning you are in England, you are in Marlborough. Ironmonger Lane has opened up. Bluebells are ringing true blue. The Deepening Dike.

bb:

Yes, that’s the name of the mini-series of collages here: The Deeping Dike, parts 1, 2 and 3. Because all 3 collages are set in the Wansdyke running through West Woods near Marlborough. The 3 pictures are not suppose to link together in a causal way — all 3 are by Brian Robert Marshall by the way. Instead Marshall snapped these successively at different points along the ancient dike running West Woods[ but it starts below Marlborough].

Interesting to me that in Latona 09, Lisa the Vegetarian has taken the place of one of the singing Hermans on the rock, Hucka D. This is like the gargoyle of Lis 03 sitting on The Diamond and obscuring it from view.

Hucka D.;

That is the most interesting part [of Latona 08 09 10]. Lisa V. displaced the singing Herman to the right. The singing Herman is a gargoyle — both Hermans in Latona 09 are gargoyles. The orange sunfish is the backwards sunfish is fear. Fear of travel, fear of noise, fear of people and contact with. Your fear. Lisa the V. displaces part of the fear to make it symmetrical. Symmetry equals retreat of fear. Fear is itself divided in two. Lisa the V. makes two part of one thing and recognized — fear. The only thing to fear.

Retooling…

Will probably stay in Sansara Snow Country till about the end of March and no more. That will give me about 2 solid months there. The Power Tower Gowlery is almost finished, and has become the new center of any community I have in My Second Lyfe. I have an option to rent in Jasper sim, which is attractive because the Art 10×10 has strong ties to Jasper County, Illinois. I don’t think New Pietmond will be rebuilt with galleries holding other people’s art, but could be wrong. Am happy with my 4096 parcel for now… probably won’t reduce down from that.

On weekend hiking: Was able to get out quite a bit and walked around Mytholopolis both days, for a change. It was my standard walk down the Green Worm River on the north side of town, a spot I found maybe 2 years ago now. Can even see an art happening taking place there at what I’ve renamed Sunfish Creek (name subject to change again). But since I didn’t take any pictures I think I’ll hold off on talking about the particular creek I see as a center for now. If I do anything there, it will in all likelihood be a November through March project (but that’s 5 months, or almost 1/2 a year). Can work on it sometimes when I’m down at mom’s house… there’s junk in the area to use (bottles, pots, lots of other stuff). I may even create a map of the location soon.

The other place I hiked (yesterday) was on Greene Knob in Frank Park. There was a delapidated cabin that eventually drew my attention while I was walking around — again I didn’t have my camera so I didn’t snap any pictures to put in the blog here. But as I’ll take pictures soon of, there were 4 symmetrically arranged cement lined “containers” near this cabin that I have no real explanation for right now. And the cabin is situated about halfway between Methril (home of The Diamond Rock as featured in the Lis collage series!) and the infamous Rust Spot, so maybe it has ties to the nearby Bill Mountain aliens as well. And it’s almost directly across the street from the newly found Epsi (which I *thought* contained a diamond but what turned out to be mere “ordinary glass”). Did an alien even *live* in this cabin at one time? Or did whoever lived in the cabin know the Bill Mtn. aliens at least? There’s another ruin in the area that I’ll also be examining soon. Photos should be forthcoming this weekend. Although this weekend is supposed to be “nice” (which means “normal” for mid-March, pheh), another shot of cold air comes during the work week before this, and then another one is due next week. Winter is turning out to be long and protracted this year. In contrast, last year I’d already been hiking heavily in the woods since mid-February. It was a uniquely warm winter last year. On the other hand, maybe since spring arrives late this year I can extend my hiking season on the other side, or into May. Also last year, the season ended in April because of the warmth, as poison ivy, bugs, etc. came out early. Doesn’t look like that’s going to happen this year.

Hucka D.:

Bert lived in the cabin, baker b. Bert Liar. If he were living [and still lying] he’d tell you all about the aliens and those 4 containers. They’re baths. (pause) Devices. They were left behind. Red, green, blue and yellow were the color of the liquids, but that was just dyed. The aliens died within them.

bb:

You mean the aliens were dyed within.

Hucka D.:

They were dyed the colors of Tyle. This is where Marbles come from. This very spot.

bb:

So marbles were made in those, er, vats.

Hucka D.:

No one really lived in the cabin. It was a workstation. To supervise the operation of the vats. The actual factory was in the meadow just above. You weren’t suppose to really think about it until now. We’ve been blocking it, or it’s been blocked. Strange, eh?

bb:

It is (!) Never trapsed down to that cabin although I’ve walked only several 10s of yards from it for many years now. Maybe I went down there once, but I didn’t see the vats at that time. But now I’m trying to poke into every nook and cranny of Frank and Herman Parks.

Hucka D.:

The Diamond is in contrast all colors. Bold that… or capitalize that. You will continue the Latona series interpretation today, maybe even finishing it. Then later in the week you will run through Lis and be done. Power Tower Gowlery should be finished, then. Are you virtually moving yet?

bb:

Not yet Hucka D.

Hucka D.:

Of course keep thinking about Wiltshire even after this. You are building up.

bb:

Yes. We haven’t channeled any “spirits” on this blog in a while, Hucka. Should we try now?

Hucka D.:

Later.
