Found again.

Of all people, it was Starbuccaneer Barista that found Spider. Ridiculously clever, she had lured him out of a Whitehead Crossing related collage in the Fal Mouth Moon with a bowl of dog food.

Snapshot1289_005

“Uhmmmm, yes: eat it up my precious Spider dog,” the resurrected Star said slyly. For she knew that a position of power would soon be in store for her because of this. She must speak to Baker Blinker asap; tell her of what she saw in the corridor. Share notes.

Snapshot1289_007

—–

“So that’s where I come from,” said Queen Alma I from the future, peering in again. “A merger of Starbuccaneer Barista and Baker Blinker.”

“And Carrcassonnee,” Hucka Doobie added. “She was strong at the time, having just absorbed the 11th. Tasted like chicken again to her.” He smiled slyly slightly.

“But little Spider would go back into the collages to be lost again. And again. And yet again and again.”

“And again!” Hucka Doobie added again. “You see, he was mistakenly rewarded for entering the collages. Dog food, sticks, squeeze dolls. All these lured him out but also kept him going back, knowing the endpoint.”

“How did it end?” the Queen asked. “Is he still in the collages even now?”

“Yes,” came Hucka Doobie’s answer. “He eventually became All Collages.”

Cardboard Derek Jones suddenly slid his way into the room through the seams of the closed door. “My Majesty. And… um, sire. The dog has reappeared again!”

“What synchronicity!” Hucka Doobie exclaimed.

“Too much so I would say,” says a more cautious Queen Alma I, reading out of a red book that had appeared in her hands. “I’m checked the script now. Spider has learned how to traverse time.”

“Then we’re all in big, big trouble,” returned a suddenly worried Hucka. “Big big trouble.”

Cardboard Derek Jones slides quickly toward them, holding forth a picture, which turns out to be an animation as the Queen and Hucka jointly stare in disbelieve. In it, Baker Bloch and Master Shake also jointly stare in disbelieve as a giant dog turns into a horse before their very eyes.

“That’s it,” Hucka Doobie says in finality, seeing Spider being fed/rewarded from “within”. “We’ve got to speak to Story Room about the 11th.”

Spider gets lost (again!)

“Your Majesty, the dog Spider has disappeared into the “Art 10×10″. I’m afraid he’s lost for now.”

Queen Blinker:

Just as I planned, he he. Seriously, show me the involved collages. How many were there? What was the initial work? We need to post people on all floors of the Power Tower, Fal Mouth Moon, and Toxic Art for signs of the poor pooch. But he did volunteer, after all.

Cardboard Derek Jones:

Yes ma’am. I have taken pictures of the progression. He first attempted to make contact with the wise old fox, who turned her back on him. Then he tried the dingo in the next picture down… the previous picture, I mean, in the Art 10×10 progression. Sorry, ma’am.

Queen:

That’s all right. This was in the Newton series?

CDJ (checking notes):

Yale, ma’am.

Queen:

Show me the progression you speak of. Reverse progression, I suppose.

CDJ:

Yale ma’am. I mean, yes ma’am.

CDJ:

And by that last collage, he had disappeared into relatively total abstraction. We believe the dingo, being not as wise as the fox, let’s say, led him into danger. He disappeared inside the water.

Queen:

Interesting. What is that body of water? We might have to go to the Real World and retrieve him there. Is that the River Key?

CDJ (checking notes again):

Give me just a minute ma’am. (pause) I do not have notes of the location.

Queen:

Then we must contact baker b. in the real world and ask him. He’s the one who made the collage, after all.

CDJ:

Yes ma’am. (then, reconsidering): What ma’am?

Collagesity & Stonethwaite: Sister Sities

Stonethwaite’s “Stonethwaite End and Restaurant” from the “Falmouth 26” collage and Collagesity’s Town Diner probably make the most direct link between the sister towns. Falls are associated with each. Dorothy’s fall appears to be the same or very closely related to Diner Falls dropping past Head of Perch/The Olive. The falls on the distant hill (Estatoah Falls, Georgia) in the related collage could also compare to Collagesity’s Tired Falls…

collage27test05

Snapshot1171_005

… as could this cascade from “Falmouth 27”, the next in the 61 work Falmouth collage series from earlier this year and the second to depict a Stonethwaite setting. The falls of the collage are culled from Greenup Gill just up the valley from the Lake District village.

collage29real01

Snapshot1171_004

The interior of the “Stonewaite End and Restaurant” appears to also mirror that of the Collagesity Diner. This connection will act as a type of direct portal between the two later on, or what I call a “looking glass” situation.

collage39real04b

Snapshot1171_006

There’s a “two-dimensional” blue bike in both Falmouth’s Stonethwaite — near the center of town, and also Collagesity — next to the diner. The blue member of the rock band Story Room appears before the former; there’s a strutting blue robot near the latter.

collage35dareal12

Snapshot1171_001

The next connection is, on the surface, vaguer and more diffuse. Shelly Duval is wearing a toy fireman’s helmet with a star logo in “Falmouth 30” (see: here). Ringo Starr appears next to her with a giant, glinty star at his midsection, an image taken from Glinda the Good Witch’s wand in the classic 1939 Wizard of Oz film.

collage32real01

In what seems to be a corresponding Collagesity shot, one of the two ladders of the Confluence Place is seen, relating to fireman’s ladders. Also in one of Veyot’s more amusing blog notes, building from my own story, she states that firemen were called in to rescue a golden retriever puppy from the roof of Gallery BOB next to the Confluence Place (middle of below photo). I would add that they might have had to use the ladders of the Confluence Place if theirs, say, weren’t long enough or were misplaced, etc. Or perhaps the Confluence Place ladders did double duty as the sole ladders of the town’s fire brigade. Interesting concept.

Snapshot1173_002

What does it all mean? Still figuring that out. But I know a further link between Collage Stonethwaite and Collagesity has been made through Aqua Teen’s Master Shake now, building directly on the twin diner portal mentioned above.

Collagesity Mysteries 01

About a week and a 1/2 ago, an avatar named Tseten Thokmey bought my Hector land for a sum I deemed just barely adequate for the transaction. I loved that land! Still do. I could live around the Rubi forest once again. But look at what Tseten has done: he’s essentially extended the forest into his farm! A bucolic existence he has carved out. More power to him, and I’ll probably have some things to say about Tseten later on. Just yesterday or the day before, land came up for sale bordering the lower part of his farm. Was I tempted to, once more, buy next to the Great Rubi Forest? Yes, a bit. But I realize that I’m committed to Noru, and the hard fought battle is now over with. Time to heal the wounds and not open them up again. Tseten would have made a fantastic neighbor, and, yes, we could have extended his farm and the forest as a whole even further…

Snapshot1101_007

… but, then again, I have a fantastic new neighbor in Noru now! My previous neighbor in Philudoria, Veyot, during the original incarnation of VWX Town there last summer, has decided to commit to a piece of the excitement happening in Collagesity, purchasing a 512 parcel just behind the Power Tower Gallery. Her purchase basically extends the town in a westerly direction, making Collagesity almost run the entire 256 meter east-west extent of Noru. Not quite but fairly close. I’m continually surprised how synchronicities like this work, and I view the neighbor quandry, quickly resolved mind you, as a kind of residue energy of the whole Noru-Rubi “battle”. Instead of Baker Bloch becoming the neighbor of Tseten in Rubi, Veyot becomes Baker Bloch’s neighbor in Noru. Another red-blue exchange, then.

And her parcel is very nature oriented as well. 🙂 A nice East End park for certain. And I’ll have more to say about Veyot later on as well, as things continue to develop in the new town. What up with all those things going on in the Confluence Place??

Snapshot1101_009

Snapshot1101_010

Baker also recently visited the village he created in Yeot this past spring. Presently, he has no way to further alter the strange, little burg, but he’s just come up with a name: Gong. Or Gongsity. More recently he went there to copy Edward’s Building/Gallery to place in Collagesity.

Snapshot1103_002

Snapshot1103_003
Gongsity.

Snapshot1103_006
Gongsity, with namesake Gong’s waters made transparent.

—–

So, returning to Collagesity, there are many mysteries yet to be solved or even revealed, like the fact that the red and blue robots on either side of the Coolie Building (since moved) lie directly north and south of each other, and on Hi Way and Lo Way respectively. I didn’t plan this alignment; I didn’t plan a lot of Collagesity’s alignments that just *happened*.

I just received a text message that Carrcassonnee has suggested we call her home the Cardinal Place instead of the Confluence Place. I’ll add it to the original town meeting’s docket, which should be happening pretty soon.

“Red/Blue”:

Red/Blue

Snapshot1103_007

Snapshot1103_009

Along with Carrcasssonnee, we’ve already talked to ballerina Dona in this blog, apparent twin to the very similarly colored flower directly behind her as seen in the camera angle below. And we’ve actually already talked to this “flower” in the blog, as a blog spirit I mean (think: Hucka D., primary blog spirit). I wonder if Dona and/or Flower know Carrcassonnee? I would imagine so.

Snapshot1103_011

Snapshot1103_012

Looking up Tired Falls toward the heart of the village. The buildings around this falls are among its oldest, originally forming a smaller settlement called Tired Falls itself. This according to several of our blog spirits, including Hucka D., Carrcassonnee, and maybe Dona/Flower. I’ll certainly have more to say about this original settlement soon.

Snapshot1103_018

I’ve noticed a resemblance between Collagesity and the fairly similarly sized Lake District village of Stonethwaite, England, the latter being the subject of a good chunk of my most recent and also largest collage series called Falmouth, housed in the Fal Mouth Moon gallery in town. And, yes, I’ll have more to say about that soon as well.

Snapshot1103_019

Check this out: my collage reinvented Stonethwaite and Noru’s Collagesity both have blue bikes (!) Are they the *same* bike? Could be. Perhaps the super band Story Room will have some things to say about that. The blue man next to the bike is one of its 3 members that I know of, although a fourth is rumored. But I can hear Hucka D.’s talk echoing in my head, as he says, “there’s always a rumored 4th [about groups of 3].” He’s probably right.

Snapshot1103_004

In the largest Falmouth collage, Story Room’s red member balances out the blue one on its opposite side. But since the collage goes ’round in a big circle, the red and blue beings are also actually next to each other. Why is blue upright and red sideways? Why does “Red’s” ruby red feet impossibly project through the corner of a Stonethwaite building? More blue-red mysteries for certain!

“Peanut’s Big Adventure”

Part 01:

collage61part01f

Part 02:

collage61part02f

Part 03: Coming soon.

—–

“Peanut seems to have found a body covered in a red sheet, Hucka D. The same body that appears floating off the edge of the Little Whitehead rocks of Maine in an earlier collage. We’re up to Falmouth 61, which I would have deemed impossible as short as a couple of weeks ago. Is **this** it?

Hucka D.:

No. Check more Whitehead Crossing photos. Why does it always end up at 12 Oz Mouse? Well… the carrcasses.

bb:

Thanks, Hucka D. Mouse looks on with his corndog. Does he know the story of the body? This takes place at the entrance to Mammoth Cave, which is the same as the entrance to the old bee hive — *your* old bee hive, Hucka D. So you should know all about this.

Hucka D.:

Yes, I do. But I can’t say much except what’s before you.

bb:

Meaning what’s in the collage.

Hucka D.:

Yes.

—–

bb:

So is *this* a carrcass?

Hucka D.:

Yes.

bb:

Is it a carrcass that has already been completed?

Hucka D.:

It’s already done.

bb:

Then Carrcass-1, Carrcass-6.

Hucka D.:

Both of those. And more.

—–

bb:

So in part 2, he’s in the very center of the collage length-wise, crossing from winter or early spring into summer, kind of like Dorothy entering color laden Oz from sepia toned Kansas.

Hucka D.:

Exactly like that (!)

bb:

Is he high?

Hucka D.:

What a question[ to be asking], given that this is Peanut we’re talking about.

bb:

Of course.

Hucka D.:

Rhoda… you go.

bb:

Rhoda appears to be peering through a telescope-like branch at the ground. Getting small?

Hucka D.:

Yes. And seeing Jupiter and its moons. Branch — telescope, yes.

bb:

So it’s Issac Newton’s telescope. Sorry — Galileo’s. The one he used to first peer at the Jupiter disk and the 4 primary moons.

Hucka D.:

Yes.

bb:

He switches from black and white to color, like The Beatles did between Revolver and Sgt. Pepper. About the time of the double single Strawberry Fields/Penny Lane.

Hucka D.:

Right.

bb:

An “X” appears on the ground. 2 crossed corndogs, one sepia toned and one yellow or in color, since — that’s the corndog’s natural color.

Hucka D.:

Correct. Okay.

bb:

Peanut is situated between two pots which are actually the same pot, reinforcing a drug reference or pointing it out in the first place.

Hucka D.:

You better be careful of that transition. Sepia to color. Follow Peanut.

bb:

Peanut hides behind that small tree, which is both b&w and color at once.

Hucka D.:

Best to stay hidden.

bb:

And Skillet, Mouse’s closest friend, below him. Checking out, perhaps, the crossed dogs. Whitehead Crossing?

Hucka D.:

Yes. Future.

bb:

Getting high, like the balloon man is going higher and floating away from the cave mouth.

Hucka D.:

“Everybody’s Scared” is about the same cave[ perhaps]. The cave of R. Booger Hayes.

bb:

Getting back to part 1 here, Mouse is yellow and green, a contrast to the red and blue body lying within the cave. Peanut is positioned between the 2. Peanut… you go? I’ll go. Peanut has been in a lot of Falmouth collages now, but has never appeared up until now with his more natural police hat. Wearing it makes him a policeman, like wearing a fireman’s hat makes him a fireman. But in both sections of “Peanut’s Big Adventure” so far, he’s the policeman. Contrast this to, let’s see… (checking) Well, it doesn’t have a name but it’s where Peanut as fireman meets the cardboard Peanut in the middle of the Stonethwaite street. At the same time, his [Texaco] star is reinforced by Ringo Starr, and also Shelly Duvall wears the same fireman’s hat beside Ringo. It’s filled with darts. That is, Peanut is drugged at the time, and the same with Shelly, perhaps. Let me pull up the collage…

collage32real01

Peanut then reappears in “Coverup” in cardboard cube form, sans any type of cap or helmet. He’s just Peanut there, not fireman or policeman, then.

Hucka D.:

But he’s also not Peanut. He’s [just as much] the Big E or Big Schaw beside him, conversing with it, perhaps, like he conversed with real (fireman version) Peanut in Stonethwaite, now far below on this mountain but still viewable [beneath second “E” of this collage].

Bee Cave Entrance

beehive_entrance

Collage of Mammoth Cave entrance with what Hucka D. is stating is the old entrance into his “Beeland” (correct name pending). Not sure if this is the base for a new Falmouth collage or not. But it’s a match! Two melding photos appear below. I “merely” reduced the Mammoth Cave photograph down to 33 percent of its original size. reversed it horizontally, and then overlapped it with the latter in a logical manner. These are also successive photos (in successive posts) of the Baker Blinker Blog under a Whitehead Crossing subject heading. Meant to be together!

—–

It’s at least 6 floors, Hucka D. And you’re in the final three so far (!)

Hucka D.:

Merk B. Coolie!

bb:

The final one, so far — “SoSo” — could be a type of culminating work, if so. It *could* be the end.

Hucka D.:

You’ve been saying that for weeks and weeks and weeks.

bb:

True, but I’m finally, finally running out of gallery space. Pretty big building!

Hucka D.:

Who’s SoSo, then[ since it’s so so important]?

bb:

Seal the Singer. But not Seal the Singer. A black child/ A black adult? Someone bald? I want to say it’s a child because this is a cartoon seal, moreso than the 2nd Life Grey Seal used in previous collages.

Hucka D.:

True[ enough].

bb:

It’s also an alien, since this is the tombstone of the Aurora, Texas alien that Firesign Theatre later poked fun of in their album Everything You Know Is Wrong.

Hucka D.:

Good to write that out.

bb:

I’m trying to guess the nature of the [local] graves of course.

Hucka D.:

Peter’s Grave. Peter Graves.

bb:

Peter SoSo.

Hucka D.:

Yup. (Hucka D. pops mouth with last “p”).

bb:

So the base photo for this one is White Rock, a projection from the much larger No Title Rock.

Hucka D.:

You got it.

bb:

The toy crew — Strang Gang — that tried to enter 4 Sticks back in January appears here, fronted by albino turtle. Another turtle, like we have Green Turtle near top of No Title Rock above it, and then a duplicate albino turtle making its way down the rock toward its larger version. The white fungus on White Rock is probably another representation of same. That’s the skull-like fungus from “Ghost Sticks”, a scary collage.

Hucka D.:

This isn’t as scary. This is acceptance.

bb:

Of death?

Hucka D.:

Yes. And a colorful afterlife.

bb:

It’s a mystery just like the SoSo grave of Pietmond was a mystery. 2 mysteries that are 1 mystery?

Hucka D.:

Appears so. SoSo so.

bb:

Stop that.

Hucka D.:

Okay.

bb:

Why are Aunt Joe and Uncle Zoe here?

Hucka D.:

They have also made peace with their evil villanous ways in the afterlife, like Darth Vader appearing to Luke Skywalker all shiny and stuff after his killing.

bb:

So they did do awful things.

Hucka D.:

Oh you bet. And to my people!

bb:

Sorry about that.

Hucka D.:

It’s okay. They all come back. Again and again. Week after week.

bb:

The albino turtle or what we are calling such might be another ghost, white in nature and all ectoplasm-y.

Hucka D.:

Yes.

bb:

The mystery of the 2989 curse is also resolved in the afterlife.

Hucka D.:

Yes. Multiplied together to get not one thing not another thing but both together. Afterlife.

bb:

And then the spinning Manchester statuette is also back, appearing one other time in Falmouth in “Fairy Branch”. It represents a body of a grave there, it seems. Seal again?

Hucka D.:

You bet.

bb:

This seems to resolve “Ghost Sticks”, it might resolve “Rock, His Story”, completing the story as it is, were.

Hucka D.:

You know the ultimate or final rock[ now].

More Collages 02

“Then the Beemen came ashore, walked past the Green Turtle, ignored the blue-red dead man floating in the bay simply because he wasn’t there to them, and proceeded to declare the rock Edward’s Stone, shortened to Edward Stone. Then a TILE City formed. The Emerald. Piglet and Pooh not included originally. Left out. Then things got out of control and Piglet and Pooh added in. Contraption removed instead. Contraption removed by Green Lego Man, who became a composite of the 2 bee figures. Because in the collages you’re working back in time. Happens quite often[ in your work].”

bb:

“Beemen” seems closely related to “2989” true.

But it all still revolves around “Rock, His Story”, the culminating Whitehead X-ing collage, as it were, as it is.

Hucka D.:

Yes. That’s the main portal[ system]. Edward Stone, this one pictured in “Beemen” if it is the true Edward Stone, and it very well may be, is just below The Emerald. You can actually see a corner of the rock, as I’m checking, in “2989”. Are the 2 beemen, then, 49 and 61? Something to think about. 2 contrasting figures, one brutish and stocky and one non-muscular and thin. You are at a crossroads, baker b. You can go thick or thin — your choice.

bb:

I don’t know what that means, Hucka D.

Hucka D.:

Two paths, at right angles. 2989.

bb:

Still not…

Hucka D.:

Right and left. Up and down. Black and white. White is black and black is white. All over.

bb:

Do the [two types of] beemen like each other?

Hucka D.:

Kind of.

bb-season-3-main-590

—–

bb:

I have a question, then, about what The Contraption is and functions as. Is it a splitter? Fission machine?

Hucka D.:

Fission and fusion both.

bb:

How is that?

Hucka D.:

It is a Wilson-Wheeler Machine, working fowards and backwards in time at once. It is a super sewing machine. Singer. We should talk about Barely Singwright when you’re ready.

bb:

Okay, but not just yet.

—–

“Green represents safety. Green represent protection. The turtle protects. Where is the cat part? Not needed to know yet.”

bb:

So this is like Jessee and Walt’s lab on Breaking Bad. Interesting.

Hucka D.:

The lab is an alchemist’s lab, not technically a chemist’s lab. The red-blue death is beyond the rock, out more in the real world. Edward Stone shelters the two individuals, busy as men bees, from all that. Until the end[ of Season 3].

bb:

Edwardston’s number is 3, Hucka D.

Hucka D.:

Now if we look at that picture (“Beemen”), we can see more the process. It deals with TILE. The blue lego piece at the top gives first clue that this is the top of the TILE Waterfall, and the tile/lego is about to drop down. Falls. The only reason we do not have a type of death at the bottom of the fall or falls is The Contraption. The Contraption must be a perpetual motion machine, and it is. It works backwards and forwards in time[ as stated]. It powers the fall of TILE. The lego pieces are like the marbles that fall. Pull up a picture of Newton 09 if you wish.
