what it all builds up from… and down from for that matter

“Looks like you’ve had some kind of adventure, Uncle of mine.”

“I have. But it’s all pretend.”

“Right. Bringing it to me, I suppose. Why I’m here.”

“Welll…” Mr. Babyface settles back into the bargain bin couch, wishing he’d bought up a little more to avoid the oh-too-soon broken springs, ow. One in his left cheek right now, as in buttocks. “Let’s say,” he continued, light bulb over his head now, “you’re here, staying with me, because of a local rock concert, say a progressive group right down there at the base of the peninsula, at the, what’s its name?”

“Dunno, Uncle.”

“Ah, heck. Progressive Rock Museum, but that’s not the name of the venue.”

“I’m okay with Progressive Rock Venue if you are.”

“Alright,” relented Babyface. “But you’re here because of that, say, supergroup Yes, which we both love, although we have a separate list of favorite albums. Yours is…”

“‘Close to the Edge’, ‘Relayer’, and ‘Going for the One’.”

“Yes, and mine would be ‘Fragile’, ‘Yes Album’ and ‘Topographic Oceans’.”

Peter winces. “‘Topographic Oceans’,” he says with some derision. “Bloated.”

“Okay, okay, let’s not get into that argument again. We agree to disagree. We’re talking about loving the same *group* anyway. It’s like we like the same forest but not the same trees or clump of trees — something.”

“Okay, my Uncle.”

“And we need to keep in touch more. You’re not even real here. You’re just in my head.”

“Sorry, Uncle. I’m busy. Winning tennis tournaments for one. You haven’t even congratulated me on my latest. Plus the comedy — another thing we differ on…”

“… but are also the same, yes yes. Firesign Theatre.”

“‘Bozos’!” shouted Peter Ladd.

“‘Dwarf’!” countered Mr. Babyface to his thought-to-be estranged nephew playfully. They would hug each other in the moment if they weren’t so maladjusted. It was just the families, their upbringing. Both kind of square pegs in round holes. Just so thankful, thought Babyface here, that Peter was born with a normal head, phew! Which brings us back to conception.

“Tell me about Shamon, Peter, how you got here. I’ve been thinking about the Big Schwa lately.”

“Big E!” shouted Peter, making his Uncle Babyface smile but not as much as before. This was more serial stuff, as the young’n’s might put it.

—–

So they pried themselves away from watching the blog on TV and went upstairs to stare at it from different sides, different angles, to ponder what Mr. Babyface had surmised earlier. “Shamon on top of course,” he reminded Peter. “Closest hit in the Oracle is Shamokin PA, but with a pinch of collage magic we can create one of those 2-n-1’s… that you hate so much.”

“Stop it, Uncle. We’re not enemies.”

“I know, sorry.” But look… I’ll project it on the screen downstairs when we return.”

“What else while we’re here?”

He pivoted the Big E around until the proper side was facing his nephew, turning it into a Big Schwa. He was seeing from his Uncle’s perspective now.

“Orgas, Peter,” recited Mr. Babyface on another closest Oracle hit, this time for the sim of Orgamast, label right in front of Peter’s eyes. He reloads his pipe, Blue Pennant now.  “Orgasm, obviously (puff puff). And there’s also an Organ Cave population place in the same state of West Virginie. The Lordshore-Orgamast Floor is the lowest level of the Kidd Tower here (next to the Lebettu Castle). Lordshore also begins with LO.”

“What are you getting at, Uncle?”

“Let’s go back to the couch.”

—–

Shamokin > Shamon

“Shamon… from the inn… place of thorns. This is where it happened.”

“What happened?” Then Peter realized what his Uncle was talking about. “Ooooh.”

Mr. Babyface thought of a joke here but wisely decided not to mouth it.

He decided to test this reality. He pulled out some wadded up and hardened little pieces of paper from his pocket and dropped it into Keith B.’s hand, saying they were for the virus. “Thanks!” the older man from his childhood said, saving them for later that night when the headaches started. Oh the power of suggestion, Biff marveled, and returned to his book. He was at the end of Paper. He turned the page…

“The Neat Town moss people never received that big squid or octopus and so the red and white lighthouse remained on the green, no one else able to move it, not even jointly,” Kick-ass Boos recites from the top bunker again, joint still in hand, although almost small enough to require pliers. “Dwarfed, they were,” he finished.

Well that’s a nice story, thought Axis-Windmill from the lower bunk bed opposite him. But it doesn’t explain my dream where I lost my hands!

Claude looked over at Paul, realizing if he bent his will there might be no leaving this place, ever. The 20000 lb. lighthouse could not be budged; time to call in reinforcements.

“Sorry I’m late.”

New God

“Paperville. It’s certainly an interesting concept, Hucka. And I might have met Zappa here. It’s like he just strolled by when I was walking my cow around like a Monkee. Said my music was too white, and I indicated my body, which is very white indeed. Well, cream colored. Skin colored — see there how racist I am Hucka Doobie? I think of skin as white, cream, but there’s all hues. Red, yellow, green —

“Not yet,” Hucka Doobie replied about the last. “Mabel is a forerunner.”

“Of course.”

“But to the Pen Temple. It’s actually Penntemple.”

“So I see. Like Paperville is almost Paperville but not quite. And then there’s Pageville somehow, er, laid atop Paperville. Like, well, a transparent, um, page or something.”

“Fifty-six. Look into fifty-six.”

Peter walks through the tunnel leading to the temple and changes into a former form in the process.

Pens within. And some pencils.

A secret door, leading to…

Home. Director’s seat. Axis Original, Authentic.

Now to get back to work.

Barry? Come in, Barry.

She was just finishing up Movement 3 of the Platinum Prune suite of songs, popular in Corsica Prime these days. Her hands lift from the keyboard after an ending chord of complex expression.

“There. 3 of 5 done. Or is it 6? Jeffrie, be a dear and pull up the big fat map of the continent for all to see where we are presently.”

Listening Jeffrie on a nearby couch complied.

“*4* of 5,” exclaimed Audrey, looking beyond the facade of Our Second Life into the frame of it all. “Lordly I must have been on the wrong movement after all. We’re at Drane Hill!”

She peered remotely beyond the juxtaposed black and white statues outside toward the hill above the cabin they rented last night, all out in the air and exposed and without any attached Big Inside at all, unlike the story with Storybrook and its Kraken Hill. Marsha “Pink” Krakow and her family, kin and extended, should be arriving soon to breathe in the fresh air of a new location, feet grounded again.

And I suspect wannabe famous novelist Barry X. Vampire is around as well, given the red beam and all.

Flashback Friday

Way back in 2009, Baker Bloch owned a rental in Ephant, a sim we visited in part 6 of the current Collagesity photo-novel and the site of the untimely demise of Axis’ former boss Morgan Freechild — by Axis himself and his accomplice, wife Wheeler, who is now apparently the same as Venus Flytrap. We’ll see. Anyway, back to the flashback, we go back back back in time to when Baker Bloch, from this Ephant base (the rental was literally at the base of the mountain), explored up what later became known as the Elephant’s Trunk for obvious, logical reasons. He had already determined the basic storyline of the Comma Islands and the needed union of King Bracket Jupiter to his green mermaid Queen to make permanent peace between the two, interlocked lands, spinning around each other in hypertime to create another one of those multitudinous yin-yang relationships found in these here photo-novels, the first yet to be written at the time. But that’s not the flashback. This is — a post where Baker Bloch uncovers an important clue about how to move beyond Bracket’s Jupiter and attached Comma Islands into the next planet, which also represents Corsica Prime (recalling Corsica is an elephant, which applies more to the Prime part than Bracket’s old kingdom). Let’s revisit the historic moment during: Flashback Friday.

https://bakerbloch.com/virtual/baker-blinker-blog-book-iii/chapter-05b/

https://bakerblinker.wordpress.com/2009/10/02/ephant-red-marsh/

Then the next night Baker Bloch starts exploring from his Ephant house once more, but heads west, up an “arm” of the Corisca Prime island, toward and then beyond Klaatu this time, all the way to a sim called Red Marsh. Nothing really mind numbingly exciting found on the trip, mainly accomplished through flight, *except* perhaps that one time while looking at the SL map to see how far west he’d traveled, he noticed that his location on the map covered the “h” of the sim’s name he was then in: Red Marsh. This turned it, interestingly, into “Red Mars”, as you can see by the below snapshot I took at the time. I think it has to mean something… I have some theories I’ll share with the reader asap.

And just to add to this, and speaking of Wheeler again, we know this has to do with Venus as well now. This is *not* a Second Lyfe image.

“Eye of Rye…

corsicabig10

…is close enough to Video, Greene County in this original Corsica-Pennsylvania overlap that we can latch on to the association. Eye of Rye is Video. Media, Pennsyvania may stand for Audio (missing in GNIRPS) or perhaps audio and video together to make sync. We know from old Corsica material, Bracket, that Chasm Deep represents the ear of the overall elephant[ in the room], as Eye of Rye originally stands for the eye before it is weakened as it were…

Bracket Jupiter:

… as it is… (smiles)

bb:

… and move to the more correctly placed Egg Hill sink overlapped with Centre County, Penn.

Bracket:

That’s the eye of course. Have you realized I teach at WW, starting in the Spring?

bb:

But it’s really Sam Parr State College. And you teach the political history of Second Life mainland, not the actual, real world.

Bracket:

Correctomundo!

bb:

That’s why we’re boning up!

Bracket:

Thank you once again. I enjoyed our time together as teacher and pupil. I hope I taught you well. Now you can teach me.

bb:

It’s ultimately subconscious, though.

Bracket:

Okay.

bb:

But thank you. It’s a brilliant move. We work together again at least on a subconscious level. And through us the other teacher. The one who I didn’t get to know. In-between is Green. We are in Winona County, Wisconsin[ as well], starting at the red and also blue Rollingstone covers at Winona itself… herself, and attempting to see Green again behind. 1 eye. Illuminati obviously.

—–

bb:

Media would be on the opposite side of the Pennsylvania-Corsica melding, at the place I first visited on the continent, Bracket. That could be important as well. Here’s the related link:

edge of the world

That’s the first post on Corsica I created, btw. Alpha.

—–

corsicabig02

bb;

When you flip Pennsylvania around underneath the Corsica outline, Media almost exactly replaces Video, and then you have Eye of Rye following the circle of the upper part of Delaware state itself, which Delaware County, Penn. is just above.

Bracket:

Well… tell me more about Greene County and your real life family, baker b.

bb:

Coded into this is father, sister, brother. Father is corner sync. Ned Ryerson from Groundhog Day. It’s pretty obvious.

Bracket:

Yes, that’s cool. You already told me about it in[ the briefing].

bb:

Sister as well. Sister use to own property in Nebo. That’s where that name comes from. 32 acres. And Nebo is the same as Video. Time is nearby also, like in Illinois.

—–

bb:

And of course you have Corsica as a town within Pennsylvania, just below Forest County and in the same county as Punxsutawney.

—–

Bracket:

Microcosm, yes.

map sinking feeling 02

Wyoming in Iowa County in Wisconsin, a unique location because of the 3 different state names it highlights, is certainly also highlighted by this place, called “[Frank Lloyd] Wright’s architectural self portrait.”

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Taliesin_%28studio%29

Traveling down another arm that is the octopus of this map series, I noted that The Arches in Winona County, Minnesota (the Gopher state) is an anagram of Teachers, and Teacher is a story in Winesap highlighted by other maps. I think it partially refers to the teachers of James Franco, who has famously returned to not one but several schools to study and earn degrees at recently. One has already been pictured in the blog, and it is coded into Winona County as well.

120908b_james_franco

A logical deduction would have it that The Arches, in Warren township next to a Wilson township, may refer to a teacher or perhaps multiple teachers of that school. Coincidentally, about a month ago I started corresponding again with an old boss who may be teaching at this very college during spring semester. Is this the teacher referred to? If not, it still seems to fit in somewhere. And what about the only other population place in this Warren township: Wyattsville? Is this the name of a teacher as well? The colorful, hand drawn map of Winona County jokingly associates this town with Wyatt Earp, although there appears to be no other direct connection outside the names themselves. But we’ve also previously noted that Wyatt was born in a Warren County (Illinois) and also had a younger brother named Warren with whom he shared many of his wild west adventures.

winona1898

Teachers? (Probably.)

riddle01

If so, it means another red-blue focusing (see Winona-Rollingstone below), and a gateway to the future *beyond* any need for such teachers. I will be free but on my own. It will be good. Red-blue, then Beyond Green. I think it has to do with friendship as well (Jenifer Anniston). I cannot be friends with my teachers, can I? I was taught to create procedures for what I do (work). That it?

So it was important enough to make this map sync, hmm.

Maybe Media, Pennsylvania is an important key. Audiovisual synchs, after all, involve protection of the attached audio and visual media. Maybe this is a meeting place, a middle town.

Media and the FBI

Media may be best known for secret government documents that were illegally seized there by activists in 1971 and distributed nationwide. On March 8 of that year, the Citizens’ Commission to Investigate the FBI raided an FBI “resident agency” in Media. They later released thousands of documents to major newspapers [the *media*] around the country. These documents revealed controversial and illegal FBI tactics, like the recruitment of Boy Scouts as informants, and confirmed for the first time the existence of COINTELPRO, an FBI program to “expose, disrupt, misdirect, discredit, or otherwise neutralize” dissident groups in the United States.[13]

And in Warren’s kane forest as well, it appears. Warren knows, or thinks he does. It’s obvious from that list, to me, that Winona is actually Ohiowa Oming, not Miley. Or both in one. We can speak to her directly if she chooses to attend Sam Parr State College for another semester. If so she’ll have to take care of the roosters.

Here is the wikipedia article on the Indian princess the town of Winona, MN was named for.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Princess_Winona

I’ll quote some passages…

In the traditional Dakota language, “Winona” is not a personal name, but a general term for a first-born child of any class distinction who happens to be female.

The concept of the central figure as a “princess” is in keeping with a European-American stereotype about Native American “princesses.” In fact, the Sioux do not have an equivalent title for “princess” in any of the major dialects.[2]

Today “Winona” has become regularly used as a personal and place name throughout the United States.

This further statement stood out for me. Most Winona place names are in the midwest, like here in Minnesota. But Twain attaches a similar Winona “lover’s leap” tale to Winona Falls near the Pennsylvania/New Jersey border, much further east. Is this, then, the name origin for the Minnesotan Winona and other midwest versions? I might be a little confused here (and the sentence is confusing, as there isn’t a Winona Falls in Camden County, Missouri or Cameron Park, Texas as far as I can ascertain), but I thought I’d mention it because we have 2 twin Winona’s again to deal with, parallel with the 2 Winona Ryder images gracing the Rolling Stones covers from the early and mid nineties that now stare back at us jointly through one eye in this post.

Mark Twain in Life on the Mississippi wrote: “There are fifty Lover’s Leaps along the Mississippi from whose summit disappointed Indian girls have jumped.” Other locations with a similar legend include Winona Falls in Pennsylvania, Camden County, Missouri and Cameron Park in Waco, Texas.

Interesting that this particular Winona in Minnesota was spared, unlike the other same named leapers.

So we’re back to Clyde and Big Chimney.

Clyde (excerpt):

clyde02

Hucka D.:

You were fishing for an answer and you were pointed toward The Mouse[ again]. Not just A Mouse mind you. *The*…

bb:

… yeah, I know. *The* Mouse. How did R. Booger Hayes then know about The Mouse? And I guess we’ll be entering that queer territory of “Mouse-speak” here, once more.

Hucka D.:

It didn’t, but it will.

bb:

See?

Hucka D.:

Not in that way, but in that way. Half and half.

bb:

Will we ever get any straight answers about this?

Hucka D.:

Big Chimney is a folder. Q109 but R110. Half and half[ again]. Abbaddon… a bad one. Kills us all.

bb:

Sounds like Satan, Hucka D.

Hucka D.:

He is. Or she. He probably. Half and half?

—–

I decided to let Hucka D. rest for later. One curious thing struck me about the entire list of Clyde pop places in our US of A. If you alphabetize by county, Clyde in Pennsylvania is in an Indiana County and immediately below it we have a Clyde in Iowa County from the state of Wisconsin. I looked both up on topo maps — turns out Clyde, Wisconsin is near a Wyoming, which is also in Iowa County. Then in looking up a map of Indiana County in Penn. online, the town name Utah stuck out from among the rest.

That’s a Wyoming (town) in Iowa (county) in Wisconsin (state), and then a Utah in Indiana in Pennsylvania.

Iowa

indiana

I wondered how many towns with the same name as a state existed in a county with the same name as a different state which existed in a state different from either of the other two. So I decided to check… didn’t take too long, about 45 minutes. Let’s even include Washington in the results. Here they are — not many.

This is the first that came up in my search, just starting with Alabama (town) and moving forward in the alphabet. A California exists in a Washington County in Pennsylvania. This is perhaps interesting because the town has come up before in this blog, because of its variant name of Philipsburg [LINK].

california01

So here’s the rest:

kansas01

texaskentucky02

washington02

wyoming02

But if we eliminate anything connected with the name Washington, by far the most common state name on all 3 levels, then we are left with our two original examples and Kansas in a Delaware County in Oklahoma. Oh but by the way, a Carolina and a Wyoming exist in Washington County, Rhode Island, just to be complete about all this.

Kansas-Delaware-Oklahoma doesn’t strick me as odd as Utah-Indiana-Pennsylvania or Wyoming-Iowa-Wisconsin. For one, there’s 6 Delaware counties in the US, as opposed 2 two named Iowa (Wisconsin and Iowa itself) and our 1 Indiana county (Pennsylvania). So let’s say I stumbled upon a unique map oddity through just a single extrapolation of Clyde town names across our country. Does it mean anything? Why these 6 states in 2 triads? Well, let’s take this angle. If I had to choose between the 2 triads in question, I might give the nod to Wyoming-Iowa-Wisconsin as being stranger, since Wyoming, Wisconsin is still a village and Utah, Pennsylvania appears to be extinct as far as I can tell. Also, Clyde is much closer to Wyoming in Wisconsin than Utah in Pennsylvania. So… Iowa and Wyoming have actually been coupled together with yet another state in this blog before to create a joke character called Ohiowa Oming. That’s 3 states again, with Ohio subbing for Wisconsin then, as it were. As it is.

Speaking of the Sam Parr State College enrolled students for its initial session, Hucka D. follows the introduction of Redd Foxx with this:

https://bakerbloch.wordpress.com/2014/09/16/19298/

bb:

Who else has enrolled? I guess we should end this surrealism soon.

Hucka D.:

Dumbgo the Insignificant. He’s probably the worst of the bunch. Patty Pepper Mint herself has enrolled for a jewelry class.

bb:

I believe that one got cancelled.

Hucka D.:

Oh right. A shame. Story Room themselves will teach the class called “Composing with the colors red, yellow, blue”. That should be exciting.

bb:

Kind of a Piet Mondrian effect, then.

Hucka D.:

Pietmond?

bb:

Umm…

Hucka D.:

Who else? The B. R. Cyrus twins Idaho Oker and Ohiowa Oming. Oh, and Fredrika Mercurious, the famous dump truck driver. And Pletiosaurus Rex. I believe that might be it.

bb:

Thank you, Hucka D. Good night, and we’ll get to those collage interpretations soon.

Ohiowa Oming and her sister Idaho Oker (obvious play) as the twins of B. R. Cyrus, who is probably the same as Billy Ray Cyrus or, more probably, a variant BRC. Surely you the reader or readers have heard of Hannah Montana and Miley Cyrus by now. Of course you have unless you’ve been living in a cave. I only live in a cave during a complete loony eclipse, but we won’t go into that. B.R. was or is the coach of the Chilbo high school football team. Sad I’ve just left that virtual area, but now I have the Rubi Woods again (yea!). I guess I’ll have to wait for Hucka D. to wake up again around dusk before getting more answers. See you then!
